Hi,

I had booked flight ticket with go air for travelling from Mumbai to bangalore on 27th may 2020 through paytm.
Due to pandemic lockdown we could not travel and as per the information received from Go air that my money of INR 6750 was kept in credt shell til 31st march 2021.

Now since we didnot travel anywhere during the mentioned period, We expect the money to be refunded back.
Go air has initiated...

I had ordered Fastag on dated 27 February 2021 but I had not received Fastag till date....

I had made a payment on 01/04/2021 of 10000 at 17:48:52 but I have not received

I sent rs 7000 to an bank account on 1st April through upi payment from Pytm but till now the payment not received at their end, There was no response from your side.

I was trying to make a card payment of 150000 through paytm on 15/03/2021in three times but out of no where a payment of 50000 was made to one97 communication from my account.
Do the needful as soon as possible....

Please refund my money. It got debited from my account on Friday at 10:30 am. Even after the payment was declined the amount was debited from my bank account....

I am paid my Electric bills worth Rs-1810/- through One97 communications gateway.. my bank account was debited but not successful..

OTP for online purchase of Rs. 1810.00 at ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS thru State Bank Debit Card 4591*****18 is 438840. Do not share this with anyone.

Hi I'm Abith Mathew Paul. On March 3 /2021, While trying to pay my Tata AIA life insurance premium of 100000, the transaction failed. However, my account has been debited 75000rs by othpg to one97communications. Hence I request for an immediate refund....

My name is madhavi mishra, amount got debited thrice from my sbi account.
Receiver name is one97 communications - inb Paytm payments ltd.
I haven't done any transaction but amount got debited.
Could you please help me for this fraud.
I never thought fraud will happen from Paytm....

I have made a Air ticket booking in April'2020 through Paytm for GoAir.

The tickets are cancelled as the flight cancelled due to Covid'19.

I have made at least 50 calls to customer care. They just register the issue and after that no action. My money is stuck for almost a year and no one listening. Please do the needful and refund my money.

On 14.03.2021 I was making a payment of Rs 99000 Insurance policy SBI Life Insurance using SBI debit card (Master) through Paytm. But transaction was failed as per message displayed on screen but at the same time Rs 96450.04got deducted from my bank account. Even transaction history of Paytm shows failed transaction of Rs 99000.
Please reverse this transaction and credit my account with 96450....

I doing a transaction in paytm by using sbi debit card with amount 99900 for SBI LIFE INSURANCE. It shows the payment failed but at the same time 96450.04 deducted from my account with out getting OTP for 96450 amount....

My money has been deducted form my account few time
I haven't subscribed
Refund my amount 364 and 340
And just unsuscribe...

I have paid my money on another link but money was debited but my money was not creadt there plzz refund my money it was cutted on hyderabad branch...

I have paid 349 rs by online transaction mode using HDFC debit card. Money is deducted from my account but payment failed.

Hi, This is Anita Singh I' want to register a complaint against One97 communication company which was deducted money from my account from last one month, without my consent and knowledge.

On[protected]money debited from my account but transaction failed.

ECOM PUR/ONE97 COMMUNI/NOIDA/090321/07:40, debited amount is Rs.1005 this is showing on my bank statement.

Please return the amount....
