Dear Team,

I have made a Air ticket booking in April'2020 through Paytm for GoAir.

The tickets are cancelled as the flight cancelled due to Covid'19.

I have made at least 50 calls to customer care. They just register the issue and after that no action. My money is stuck for almost a year and no one listening. Please do the needful and refund my money.

On 14.03.2021 I was making a payment of Rs 99000 Insurance policy SBI Life Insurance using SBI debit card (Master) through Paytm. But transaction was failed as per message displayed on screen but at the same time Rs 96450.04got deducted from my bank account. Even transaction history of Paytm shows failed transaction of Rs 99000.
Please reverse this transaction and credit my account with 96450.

Updated by Hema Satti Please find two attachments, one from Paytm notifying failure of payment of Rs 99900/- for SBI Life Insurance Policy and other one at the same time from SBI towards deduction of Rs 96450/- from debit card (which was not intended to).
When payment was attempted for Rs 99900/- for Insurance policy which was declined but how come at the same time part amount equivalent to card limit got deducted and credited to some bogus identity which was not at all intended.
I CAN NOT AFORD TO WAIT...MONEY IS NEEDED URGENTLY
Please process reversal immediately

I doing a transaction in paytm by using sbi debit card with amount 99900 for SBI LIFE INSURANCE. It shows the payment failed but at the same time 96450.04 deducted from my account with out getting OTP for 96450 amount.
