    I recharged my bsnl no. for validity extension through your one97 communications (Lnoida) paytm service but it get unsuccessful and my money was also deducted from my account.
    Kindly provide me the refund procedure.

      On 31.10.2020 at around 2110 hrs I was making a payment of Rs 150000 Insurance policy ofAditya Birla Sun Life Insurance using SBI debit card (Global) through Paytm. But transaction was failed as per message displayed on screen but at the same time Rs 75000 got deducted from my bank account. Even transaction history of Paytm shows failed transaction of Rs 150000.
      Please reverse this transaction and credit my account with 75000.

      Updated by Raghunandan Rai       Please find two attachments, one from Paytm notifying failure of payment of Rs 150000/- for Birla Sun Life Insurance Policy at 2114 hrs & other one at the same time from SBI towards deduction of Rs 75000/- from debit card at 2115 hrs at ADDBFSIC (which was not intended to).
      When payment was attempted for Rs 150000/- for Insurance policy which was declined due to card limit restriction but how come at the same time part amount equivalent to card limit got deducted and credited to some bogus identity which was not at all intended.
      I AM 87 YEAR OLD PENSIONER...GOING THROUGH MENTAL ANXIETY & TENSION...CAN NOT AFORD TO WAIT...MONEY IS NEEDED URGENTLY.
      Please process reversal immediately...already lapsed 12 days...no response/resolution...

        Have not activate Play n Win service but amount of Rs. 3 is being deducted on my Vodafone number daily.

        Kindly block this service on my phone number and refund the amount.

        Also, let me know how I can disclose my phone number privately.

          Done a transaction at 12ঃ26 pm throught your paytm app for paying my insurance premium of rs 102250/- but it failed and 50000/- got deducted from my a/c. I want a refund of this amount. Plz do the needful.

            Actually i made an order from dominos online and i paid my amount online through debit card details in paytm but my order was not received by dominos and the payment i made for dominos had been deducted from my account and the transaction goes to your account and message is showing ur name as merchant. so i want my money refund in m6y account as soon as possible. because its feeling like fraud.

                I did not download any sports from One97 but they charged 9/- rupees in two steps from [protected]. On 15th Oct., 2020 at 11.23 A.M. first deduction has made and another on 19th Oct., 2020 at 5.15 P.M.. Please return my money. It is very unfair.

                      My balance is deducted by one 97 communication in every 1 or 2 days. 3 or 5 rupees are deducted. I have not download or participated in one 97 communication contest. Solve this as soon as possible.

                        Didn't download anything from this company but i i received a message you download a sports from one97, and you have charged rs.5.
                        Please stop this message and after 5 rupees main balance is cut, so please stop this service on my VI number and this not repeated again with my number, i am try to VI service is it VAS service but they not confirmed that, which service your provide.

                            I had a call from one97 that sports pack is activated and I will get updates.But, I didn't subscribe or asked them to do so.And, afterwards I recieved a message saying Rs.5 have been deducted form my account.Please look into this matter as soon as possible and help me get my money back.

                                On[protected], I recharged my mobile for Rs.599/- and the payment was successfully debited in favour of One97 Communications, Noida. On verifying, the transaction has been made wrongly. pl. refund the same to the respective bank account.

                                      The worst thing I have ever noticed.I have not ordered anything from this channel.
                                      There are multiple transactions (more than 80K) made from ONE97 COMMU without my information. These transactions were not done by me.
                                      Need your urgent help and want my money back or I'll need to take legal action against this channel.
