My account has been debited multiple times with the name one97 communication. I'm sure i have not made any transaction and i don't even use paytm and neither i have shared any of the bank details with anyone. Then why this amount have been debited. I have tried calling to customer care but on reply. Please see into this issue and refund my money.

                                On 16 july i tried to pay insurance premium through paytm 100000 and it failed tried once more it also failed but 50000 debited from my account and i complaint to paytm and they are telling they didn't receive any amount what should i do help me out of this. Want to get refund as soon as possible.

                                  I have recharged rs.313/- on 15.07.2020 at 11.00 am against my dist tv v. C. No.[protected] through my debit card no.[protected] (Rupay card) (United bank of india, a/c. No.[protected]. But the said amount is not credited against my v. C. No.[protected] of dish tv.
                                  My bank sms shows that the said amount of rs.313.00 debitted at one97 communications ltd at 11.03.37 am.

                                  Therefore, i would request you to kindly arrange to refund the said amount of rs.313.00 to my above bank account no.[protected] at your earliest.

                                        I tried to pay my bill of 4882 for tamilnadu electricity board on 14th july but still no refund is done after the transaction got cancelled. Amount is deducted from the bank account, message received that refund is done, it is two days completed and still no amount was refunded to bank.
