But not refund yet i booked ticket but not booked and my balance is deduction 2115.94. My balance cut is airtel payments bank but pay meant made by one97 com ltd. So i request solve this issue.

    I got a message that my saved card on paytm is used for rs 50, 000 on 10th aug 2020 at addbfsic. When i updated my passbook it shows the transaction from one97 communication. But i did not do any such transaction. Please check and refund my money back to my back account.

      Just now i received a message that there was a deduction of rs.300 from my account without my knowledge. Can i know on whats basis it was made. And also there was no online otp received for this transaction the amount is reflected in the account.

        I have transferred an amount of rs. 21350/- from my idbi bank account on[protected] to united insurance co through insurance co portal and the benfeciry is showing on bank yours. But the amount is still no reached to united insurance co. The reference id is [protected]. Action by 74606141 as shown on bank detail. Pl look into matter and reply me on mobile no.           My account has been debited multiple times with the name one97 communication. I'm sure i have not made any transaction and i don't even use paytm and neither i have shared any of the bank details with anyone. Then why this amount have been debited. I have tried calling to customer care but on reply. Please see into this issue and refund my money.

                                        On 16 july i tried to pay insurance premium through paytm 100000 and it failed tried once more it also failed but 50000 debited from my account and i complaint to paytm and they are telling they didn't receive any amount what should i do help me out of this. Want to get refund as soon as possible.
