Updated by himanshu ashu दिनांक 28 अगस्त 2020 को मेरे डेबिट कार्ड नंबर XX0698 से 12:53 पीएम पर ADDBFSIC ट्रांजैक्शन ID#245449 के अनुसार Rs. 75000/- कटने का मैसेज आया जो यह अमाउंट आपके खाता मे आया है। इस transaction का मेरे पास कोई OTP नही आया था। ये transaction मेरी consent से नही हुई। इसलिये आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरे 75000/- रुपए मेरे खाता मे वापिस भेजे जाए।

Sir really heart rendering to read your reply regarding my refund for above mentioned flight PNR, this ticket was booked in December for travelling from Gorakhpur to Mumbai on 28/03/2020, but due to Covid-19 lock down from 22/03/2020 the passenger was unable to travel on the said day and she cancelled the ticket before the travelling date as instructed by airlines and cancellation was done through phone customer care executive of spice jet.
Then when I requested for refund the airlines said that due to Covid -19 the entire amount has been put into Credit Shell and the passenger could travel within one year by using the Credit Shell amount.
Then Supreme Court took four weeks to direct all airlines to refund full amount to passengers who cancelled their tickets, so by that time another month had lapsed.
Sir I can give you only a rough estimated time line from my side. these are tough times due to Covid-19 pls kindly look into the matter with more facts as it is a huge amount which you are asking me forfeit I have already paid dues on time for the said booking.
The passenger for whom i have booked the ticket is accusing me of cheating her and is demanding her money.
