London looks Jeans worth Rs 1499 that i have ordered from onlineclues were not fitting me and i called the customer care on the same date of delivery within an hour. The person on the phone gave me a complaint number and said that I will receive a call from them as soon as possible but I have still not received any call. It has been 3-4 days. I want my money back or those to be replaced with some other thing.

Sir,
I ordered London looks men's 5 shirts

I got damaged & different item. The shirts quality is very bad and colors are horrible.
I have called customer service so many times but they didn't give any response and I have also sent mail to them.

I didn't like the product quality at all it is not as shown in the pictures n even issue of sizing so i want to return the product. The product you have showed in the picture is totally different in the real thing.
