I am mahesh. I ordered 5 slim fit shirts on 31 oct. I received them on 9 oct. The shirts are not original cotton and quality is not good. The colours of shirts are also not good. They are not same as appeared in add. So i want to return them back to you. So please consider my wish and take them away. Please make necessary efforts to return back me my money.

It's not good prodect

I want to cancel the order because I choose wrong product.

The product which I had ordered from onlineclues website is delivered a wrong product. The product mismatch and incorrect product has been delivered. When I made call to the customer service Number from their website. No response from them.

The shirts which are delivered to me are very bad quality shirts and also those are completely different to which I was ordered the three shirts so please accept my request to return of those three shirts and please refund my money, please.actually, those shirts are not have the same specifications as displayed in the website . totally those are fake compared to photos which are displayed in fb website. So please accept my request and refund my money. please don't ignore my request sir, please...

The order is not good because the colors in the add were not matched for the order and cloth is not cotton and not in correct size. So please take them return as soon as possible. I ordered them on 31oct and received on 9 nov. So please also return my money back carefully. I hope that you will send back my money fastly. Also requesting u to dont repeat them again

Above product delivered to me but is different as it was shown colour totally different. Even size of one shirt of them is "L" IN lieu of "XL". Shipper is Spark International opp. Holy Hospital, Tosham Road, HIsar-125005. Kindly make it changed. SKU code printed on the packet is 'LL 55_Print 2. COM 604628Photo as was shown during booking is attached herewith. I am sorry to say that this type of irregularity is question to the integrity of the company.

Sir I'm order colors of shirts and receiving shirts colors are mismatched and quality of material is also poor but product description is 100% cotton and full slave but reviving products are not a cotton product.I tired to get them but no response from their end

I had ordered London looks women's3slim fit mid rise denim from onlineclues.com orderId CIN601161 the product is worst and doesn't not fit me I paid 1199rs for this I need refund by initiating the product return but no customer care is responding when I tired to call them even I dropped an Email to them .This is really a fake site receiving wrong products and in site they have mentioned easy and safe returns. I am really taking an strict action if my is not refund .

Hi,

They have refunded me my amount but what about money i spent for courier (Rs 360) it is not a small amount right. I understand by reading their policies that they don't provide reverse shipping charges.

But to be frank, if i would i have got correct product which i had ordered i would have kept that regardless of the quality. But they sent me wrong product and that too with worst quality and then they ask me to ship it back. I paid rs. 360 courier charges to send the product back.

Now tell me, did they mention anywhere in their policy that company have right to send wrong & worst quality product.

I saw many complaints regarding the same, company don't have right to do this with their customers. We are at loss by using this website, we waste time, money and at the end we don't even get the product they display and end up wasting time and money.

Most imp thing is their customer care numbers, those never connect even if they connect there is no response.

We get call from them, but the person talking is very rude and they didn't even listen on what we are trying to say and they disconnect the call.

I got a call from their customer care executive regarding refund. They asked me did i get money in my account (Rude voice - not my concern though), i said yes i received. And i continued, but i didn't receive courier money, the person directly disconnected the call. I was like what the hell, are they doing business in this was.

Small scale companies do need to take care of these small small things to grow big. I do run a small organization and i know imp of small small things which can lead me to grow big.
I am not here to teach you how to do business but to get my money back.

Please help me to get my courier money back as it was not my mistake that they sent me wrong product.
If i wouldn't have liked the product and sent it back then i wouldn't have requested for courier money, i sent the product back because shirts were of worst design that i cannot gift it also and when i tried one of them it was so hard on my skin,

Please help!!!
