Today i received the consignment @ 12:15 pm, 13th oct-16 from bluedart courier and paid inr 1099/-to delivery person. i validated the product the quality is not up to the mark as briefed. pls accept email as an acknowledgement of return of goods.

Supplied product significantly different from the product’s specifications given on the website

- product quality is not good, stuff is bad and low grade.
- not as per briefed description over website.
- bad style of product as shown on website.

Please process and accept as return of subjected consignment & arrange to transfer payment in bank account.

My order no is CIN533586 i had ordered for set of three denim jeans pant for Rs 1199/-. i received different colour product, Even the sizes are different 2 pant are with same size and other one is different when i ordered 3 for same size and quality is very bad not worth for money and they dont attend coustomer calls also i am trying to reach them from past two days onelineclues cheating the coustomer by showing attractive pictures finally when we receive the product it is no where related to those pictures which is displayed on website they say 100% high quality assured but dont trust them it is 100% low quality this a faurd website please dont get fooled by this website. if it was that loyal website then they would be a option to return the product even though we are tried to return the product we are not able to get that option this is not the first time we are ordering the product we do online shopping from many website but never faced this type of problem in any other websites we agree there will be slight changes in the product when we see in website and when we receive but their should be easy return policy and coustomer care no should be active and they have time limit for coustomer care from 10 am-06 pm where as they take product order even in midnight, I will never recommend this website to any of my friends or relatives such a bad quality. Please revert back and contact me and please refund my money

I placed orders for London looks branded 5 cotton shirts amounting 1099 (Includes 100 Rs shipping charge) and London Polo T-Shirts amounting 999 (Includes 100 Rs shipping charge) on 06th Oct and both were delivered on Oct 12th evening by BLUEDART couriers.

Order numbers: CIN534407 and CIN534413.

Issue: The products delivered to me are completely different from what was showed on the screen while placing order in terms of color, style and quality. The online site showed branded shirts and T-shirts but what they delivered to me was kind of footpath materials with cheap quality and completely different color. Please take back the product and refund my money at the earliest.

When i purchase the product is different the color the style of product all are the different .the product which is delivered is different from actually i selected and order product.the product which are delivered to me is change in color also change into the size and main part is the product quality is very bad and the website give the information is the product is tested and it was quality product please accept my complaint and please resolve this complaint

1. The product was not looks good & total different from the display, very low quality product
2.product not delivered at home, after multiple reminder they didn't delivery on time, so i got from the courier office, it was too embarrassing.

I had ordered a 'London-looks women's skinny fit denim jeans' and order no. is CIN530462. But when I received the item, it was different from the pictures shown in the website. It contains 3 jeans, all 3 jeans are of almost the same color . In the picture, it was a grey, a blue and a black, but in the receiving packet, it was 2 dark blues and a light blue.
And these are not skinny jeans. Also, all these jeans are of different size. Not even stretching as they wrote on the description about that product. Totally disappointed with this order.
They have only two numbers but not receiving phone once. Its simply ringing, ringing, and ringing...Kindly help me to refund my money.
