This Happened on 16 of July 2016 When i Shop an online purchase of Tag Name: "London looks of 5 shirts " at Rs 999 from the onlineclues.com. I ordered the product considering it as a geniune buisness obeying Indian Panel Codes. I recived the product after 3-4 days.It was something that can be accepted as the order was critically damaged and Frauded.The shirts were totally different from what i ordered.Even some of them were totally defected.The order Id is CIN305615 with a tag of London looks of 5 shirts.I filled an contact form from the Offensive webiste but they never respond.Even i tried calling them several times but they keep my line always busy.This is Not an Geniune Buisnees morever its an offensive fraud raging the consumer rights by IPC.I request to supervise in this matter and refund my cash back by taking the damaged product or else do guide me for an officially alleged complain against the Fraud Portal

I ordered a pack of 3 jeanses order number cin304013, placed on the date july 16, 2016 priced rupees 1, 099 including delivery charges in the name of sanidhy maheshwari at address gate number 4, amity university, sector 125, noida, uttar pradesh. i am trying to contact them in different ways via mail, and calling at the numbers provided. but, no replies are given yet. i want to return the order since i have size issues. they have a policy of calling in 7 days ifsomeone want to return any order.

Onlineclues is one of the fraud online shopping site..I have ordered 3denim branded jeans and after 13days I have got my item, after checking the item, the size and the colour of item is totally different it was not the one which I have ordered...after that I search for their consumer number they don't have such details and they don't have return policy too..

I had ordered a combo of 3 high quality branded linen shirts on july 17 from online clues and received the order on 25 july. But out of 3 shirts 2 shirts are not actual means 1 shirt is in different colour (light green)and shirts buttons and height is not actual. And 2 shirt i had ordered size M but received XXL. Moreover the c0quality of cloth and stiching is very poor. I have tried calling the number given on the website but it is always busy.
Therefore, please initiate the return process.

This is purna chander i ordered looks check shirts combo on jul 08 2016 order number is cin273287 the quality of the product is very bad i want to return it and i cant see return option in online clues website when i call to its customer care number it is busy every time and the shirts quality is like very different from the images they look like old shirts or used shirts please kindly take the action and resolve my issue waiting for early response

I had purchased a combo of pants from this website (onlineclues.com) but the product delivered by them was totally different. so i wanted the refund. i tried calling to there customer care number, they literally didn't respond. later i mailed my issues to [protected]@gmail.com, the next moment i got a cal from [protected] this number, stating we will refund your amount immediately, the lady took all my debit card details, and has hacked my account without my knowledge and blocked it. i tried calling to the above number, but they have blocked my number.
This is such a fraud website. i have registered a complaint on this website for the fraud happened to me. i have been sharing this post in all social medias. let the world come to who fraud the company is..

I have order the london look t shirt of combo of 10 and london look denim of pack of 3 after watching the ad on facebook. But i got totally different order than what i ordered in respect size, colour. And also i got 1defected t shirt in that pack having white spot on that t shirt.
I already mail to customer care within 24 hrs but i dont get reply yet.
So kindly look in this matter and refund me and take away your product.
