The quality of shirts are pathetic . The shirts are totally different from what they are showing online .They are saying that the shirt quality is of party wear, but after seeing these shirts i can say that you cant wear it even casually.

They send me the wrong product, and the product quality is also not good thats why i want refund, and since from last week i tried to reach the company by mail and by call i failed, and their no. Always getting busy, they didn't reply my mail also.
This is my second complain through consumer forum
I fade up from last week till yet, they all are cheater, frauds
Please sir take necessary step, and solve my issues as soon as possible

Product (3- compo of 3 high quality branded line shirts ) is totally different in design from the show in image of your site.
Many shirts ( Blue, light blue &sky blue ) are plain.
I also did not receive any separate invoice...

I had ordered "london looks check shirts combo of 5"., and i got shirts of totally different color. This is direct cheating. 2 set of the shirts are of same color, and all 5 of them are same design.
Seriously this is negligence of onlineclues., inefficient service. Now, totally i want is return product and refund of my money back.

Dear OnlineClues,

The very first thing when I received wrong product was sending mail(25-July-2016) to www.[protected]@gmail.com., but there was no response(no response till now..!!). So I posted in http://www.consumercomplaints.in.
So, it is clear that, RESPONSIBLE(??) people from OnlineClues has replayed without checking/clarification. response in this chain was a blind replay. I want PROPER, WORKING, VALID response.

Important thing is: I have seen the offer regarding the product which I brought was in Facebook. If I am not getting refunded, the OnlineClues can expect a post in social media, about this CHEATING, and tags...

And at the same day i requested for return by calling your cc number but your no. Is no one responding. Also mail sent but no one responding the same. But still not yet received any response, iam trying to contact but numbers are always busy. So please do needfull to it...

I placed an order for London Looks Blend of 5 shirts and i received a completely different product even the colors are different...the quality is extremely poor its not even worth Rs50...
I Received NO Bill...I received no email confirmation..the contact number provided on their website is always busy. ( [protected]/39 )
The return button on the website is not working...the website is fake
I feel cheated and I want my money returned ASAP in cash.
Even the courier people GATI couriers are also involved in the racket of cheating people.
Onlineclues.com cheats people and then they go absconding as soon as the receive their money.

i am very very poor and i spent my meagre savings on buying these party wear london shirts thinking that it would be value for money...but the shirts i received is of very poor quality. and i am reqesting u to return my money...remember that i[censored] cheat a poor and honest person like me then u all will suffer and most of all there will be karmic repurcussions on ur families.u will never be happy...and that wud be my heartfelt curse to all thise involved in this scam.

They cheated me they send cheap quality cloth to me now the are not giving me my refund.
There was a offer to get 3 jeans in 999 + 100 shipping charge so i ordered it and after getting the package i realised that the product do not match with the product they shown me on the website.
I called them back and they said they will pick the package within seven days but they did not picked it.
I just i want my refund as soon as possible.
Its a fraud company.
