I ordered pair of 3 denim jeans size-34 but the product i received was not even local quality has no class .I even called them they dont pick phone calls there phones are busy forever by chance they pick the phone they five a req number and says your product will be pick up in 8 days but no one comes to pick the product my request number-6948.
Kindly do the needful or else i have to go to higher authorties with the complain of all consumers to court and consumer courts where i will ask for compunsation too.

I have been trying for the last couple of days to get contact to the customer care and no responds yet. There are 2 numbers given, one of them is always busy and the other some times rings but no answers. I had an order of men's shirt and it is too small even though the tag is l. I want those to get replaced but no luck yet. I send mail and have been chasing on mail till date and no responds yet. Looks like a fraud shopping site. I got the ad from face book on this site and the offers.

Company claims an easy return policy of 30 days and it is too hard to get them contacted in the first place. There is no links in the site to return the products, only was to call them and place a request to return.

I ordered a set of t shirts for xl. usually l in other brands would fit me perfectly. since i as out of town i had my friend receive the order. the next day when i tried the t shirts they seem to be little tight.

That is when i wanted to return or exchange. looks like i need to call a specific number to return. that too within 24 hours. as if that is not enough i can't return to change the size. it's as if whatever size they tag to any cloth is correct.

Since u had ordered xl and the tag on the t-shirt says xl, i can't exchange or return.

And your tagline talks something about customer satisfaction. when i go to a store i can try and buy what fits me and what looks good on me. all other shipping sites allow return and exchange.

As a consumer i need to be able to exchange or return if i wish if the product is not used.
