I ordered 5 shirts for 1099 on the 22nd of july cin323961 and received the shipment on the 29th of july via gati and
Found the shirts to be of totally different design than the ones shown on
Their website :- http://www.onlineclues.com/product/london-looks-fusion-of-5-check-shirt

The shirts were made out of inferior quality material, were badly tailored and ill fitting, tried calling their no no one picked up the call its forever busy, wrote a complaint letter and there was no acknowledgement, no invoice provided. They should be stopped from cheating people.

I received the product (cin300995) (item name branded london looks set of 5 shirts) from onlineclues.com and i have the parcel as intact as it was delivered. i orderered for 5 shirts in small size but they have sent m size. more over the colour and material of the shirts are horrible and not as shown in their advertisement picture. i called them and filed the complaint immediately after receiving the delivery on 23.07.2016 and got the complaint number 7849. they agreed to take back the product but so far they have taken it. no response for my emails and no one picks up the phone. i was cheated by them by selling wrong product, wrong colours and wrong size. please help me return back this product and get my money back.

Quality and fitting of shirt is worst. Costomercare always bussy.

Hey cheated me they send cheap quality cloth to me now the are not giving me my refund.
There was a offer to get 3 jeans in 999 + 100 shipping charge so i ordered it and after getting the package i realised that the product do not match with the product they shown me on the website.
I called them back and they said they will pick the package within seven days but they did not picked it.
I just i want my refund as soon as possible.
Its a fraud company...

I am still waiting for my order number 6059134 for 2 denim shirt. onlineclues has taken 799/- INR for the order and also sent me the confirmation for the receipt of 799/- INR but till date I haven't received my order for 2 denim shirt. the attach pic is of sms which was sent to me by onlineclues for the receipt of 799/- INR.

Right from first day I am keep on contacting to the people of onlineclues but there is no response .they will never pick up the phone and there will be a no reply on mail also.

Be careful from onlineclues.totally Fraud Company.
