I ordered a product named london looks slim fit denim jeans (pack of 3). order cin 277947. the product is not same as it was shown. three jeans was shown in which one was of black colour one light blue and one was dark blue. but when i opened the package the black jeans was not inside it beside that two jeans were same. i want my money back. this company is fraud. i have called on their number many times but every time their number is busy. government should cancel license of this fraud company. they are making fool of everyone. i want quick response otherwise i will take another legal action.

Hi, i want refund for my product. As the product is of very cheap quality and different from the photo of the product. I ordered london looks denim jeans (Pack of 3). I have been calling on the number everyday since my order got delivered ([protected]/39). But its every time busy or off. And when it rings they disconnect it. I have purchase a product from these site and when i receive the shipment it was totally local product which are available in the street for rs.100, now when i tried to return the product, i couldn't contact there customer care, because the contact number the have mention in there website is fake and there e mail is also fake now i m really disappointed with their service, these company needs to be shutdown immediately,, because there are many customer who has been cheated, they should be punished for cheating people... First of all the product is not the same as per your picture, totally different. The product quality is just worst. Checks are different even colour is also changed. How could supply this kind of wrong and worst materials?
Now coming to your service at your site in cancellation policy it's clearly mentioned that for cancellation either we have to call for cancellation in that one number is always busy and another one is wrong. Or i have to mail for cancellation at [protected]@gmail.com within 24 hours. So i did it but no such reply has come from your end. I am waiting for your reply with the return application form. But still it's not yet come.
Request you to cooperate me. Else i'll be bound to take proper steps against this forgery.

Updated by Biswajitchakraborty till date no such application form of return has been sent to my email id, neither online clues had sent any single mail into my email id, rather now i found from the consumer complaint site, that they have asked for my registered mobile no, email id, order id, is this a joke or what? they have mentioned a single email id, for the return request and that is "[protected]@gmail.com" i had sent mail with the entire details within 24 hours in that email id several times, but no reply has yet come, and now they are asking for my email id, phone number, order no and others? is a bad joke?
