On 13th july 2016 i've ordered london looks slim fit denim jeans pack of 3. my order no:cin280747, i placed order through guest account. yesterday (18th july) i got the courier i'm not satisfied with the product. i need to return it back

Please help me on this and my payment mode is cod.

Please let me know the option. whether i can get the money back or store credit is available

Had ordered london looks 10 t-shirts of size xxl on[protected]. I received a mix of size 'l' and 'xl' instead of ordered "xxl".

Reported the wrong products vide e-mail asking them to arrange for pick-up and dispatch correct size or refund the rs.1199 cash paid. I receive a reply that their team would get in touch soon but no one called back.

I have been calling them since last 15 days and e-mailing them but no reply. The numbers[protected] and [protected] are always busy or do not pick up.

Quality, colour, fabric, stitch all are very poor and not at all matching with the description given online.no defnite return policy of company as i want to return the product.even the size mentioned are not standard.stitches threads are loose here and there.there is no responce from the company.please help me out in this regards.
