Hello,

I had ordered a london looks original check shirts (pack of 3), but i received it of different colour.
I called on company's customer support center no. [protected]/39 many times for returning a product and refunds the amount. but they are not receiving my phone and busy all the time and also e-mail to onlineclues ([protected]@gmail.com) but no reply...

Supplied Product significantly different from the Product’s specifications given on the Website..Wrong Colour/Size/Style of Product delivered..i dont want these..please give me feed back how to return the product.orderd 3 jeans, from this site.. Today I received my order and i checked the order and it was totally disappointing. The order was totally different from the order i have given and now i am trying for return but now site is not accepting return and not replying of my mails . There is no contact number of this site .

My name is sachin rana. My order no. Is[protected]. I had ordered 10 pair of xxl t shirts which was delivered today (13/july/2016) at 3:30 pm. I have paid ₹1200 (COD) including ₹100 for shipping charge.
I have issues regarding the product information which they are showing online on (facebook) and their site, the product doesn't match at all. I had ordered xxl size t shirts (combo of 10 @1099) and they have sent me xl size t shirts. I was very happy when i saw the product online and when it reached me i was totally dispointed with their mislead. The t-shirts which were displayed online are totally different . I tried to call their customer care numbers within 1 hour after they delievered, none of them is picking up my call and i have mailed them as well, also filled my query form.
They are not picking up my call. I am totally frustrated. They are simply misleading their customers. I am not satisfied with the product and customer service.
I want you to urgently take an action on this situation.

I had ordered a london looks fusion check shirt (pack of 5), but i received it of inferior quality as to not well finished stitch and damaged fabrics. and also of different size (i had ordered small size but u have provided me large size shirt).

I called on company's customer support center no. [protected]/39 many a times for exchanging a product or refunds the amount.

But they are not receiving my phone and busy all the time..

So i request you to solve the above matter...

There were a product of 3 pairs of jeans of rs 1000 which i ordered from the website onlineclues.com, and the product which i received was altogether different as shown on onlineclues website. the people are neither answering my phone calls nor replying to emails.
I have called them million times but they won't answer or a busy tone could be heard.
