Hello,

I had ordered a london looks men's solid shirt (pack of 3), but i received it of inferior quality as to not well finished stitch and damaged fabrics.

I called on company's customer support center no. [protected]/39 many a times for returning a product and refunds the amount.

But they are not receiving my phone and busy all the time..

So i request you to solve the above matter...

I ordered shirts from this website.. I did not like the product due to which i wanted to return it.. The helpline number that is given on the website does not connects. Neither have they replied to the mail i sent. The product that i received is of inferior quality and does not match with the one displayed on their website... Please tell some remedy.

I had ordered london looks 5 check shirts combo through order no cin260967. i have received the order on dated 10.07.2016. i have found the order not matched that i have given to you. it makes me very unhappy. the received product have very poor quality, design not matching, colours not matching, no accuarate fitting etc. so i reqested to you to take back your order and return my money.

To be frank this is one of the greatest cheating company. I have ordered 3 jeans on 24 june 2016 and received my consignment on 30 june 2016. I have received the wrong size and the colour which i ordered.
Already made a complaint against this on 1 july 2016 with the customer care executive and mail my complaint number is 5478 and they said that within one weak their courier agent come to home and and collect those and reimburse my money. But till now no one is come to collect those courier from me.
Also the customer care executives are not behaving professionally.

This is the worst online selling company i have ever experienced in my life.. I gave an order of 3 xl size shirts on 7th jun 2016 and i got an sms on 9th stating that your order has been dispatched. I received the same on 13th june. The color of the shirts were totally different as displayed/mentioned. Also the quality of the product was very poor. On the same day i filled up the online return request form and got the pop up that "your response has been recorded" (Screenshot attached) but i didn't got any call or mail. Hence i filled up the request form twice but did't got any revert. Then i tried calling the customer service numbers but all the numbers were continuosly busy. Finally i guy named "raju" picked up the call and i told him my issue but he asked me to call once again after sometime. Again i called but all the numbers were either ringing or busy. Then i marked a mail to service id (Mail attached) but still i did't got any response. Then after 2-3 days again i tried calling on the customer service numbers then a guy named "mohit sharma" picked up the call. Again i repeated the same issue to him. He took the complaint for the same and he confirmed that delivery boy will come at your house to pick up the product but no such person came for picking up the product. Again i called to customer service no, again mr mohit sharma told that delivery boy will come within 4 days. Its now more than a month i am taking follow ups but i am not getting any response. Its a fraud company. They are only interested for taking new orders but do not listen/respond to their customers for returns. I hope i will get positive response regarding my return of the pathetic product.

I had ordered a pack of 3 shirts for rs599 + 100 delivery charges. i received totally different product. the colour does not match, the quality is soo poor. i submitted many product return forms still i got no reply from them.. i called 4 time [protected]/39 this number & complent. site it is 30days easy return policy and on that product it is shown 15days return policy. like what's going on with you. its a request to refund my money back or i will also file case against the company.
