I tapas r senapati, i was order 5pices shor @ 1099, when irecived order size issue & material issue, ihv already talk to ur company, and company give me complaint no 6512, he told me that company callback to u with in 7days, but 5days already gone. No information nothing, and ur call is any time busy, when i make a call any time busy, so kindly help me i'm hope less....

I had received materials from online clues. I totally disappoints when i opened that pack bcoz wat i ordered that product is not they given.. They given is just like that total poor quality shirts. And i don't know even how they ready to cheat is frequently. I had noticed lot of complaints related same as me.. Please kindly concerned about my problem and if they didn't take any response definite i ll goto court for booking new case related...

I'am complaining about my purchased shirts from onlineclues.com. The given product is camed with bad quality of material. Which is look like 100 rs shirts which i can buy from any railway station. I want my money back.

Product (Shirts) is totally different in design from the show in image of your site.

I am disappointed with your service. I have ordered London Looks men's shirts pack of 3 of the price 799/- on[protected], but i am received different shirts in size, quality and colour than the showing in site. I am not satisfied with your delivery. I want to resolve my problem.

I have not been delivered what was promised... I ordered a pack of 3 jeans..In thr photo provided on the internet thr package looked different and when i received the package the package is different.. The quality of the package is very poor..

We have raised a complaint 20 days back with complaint id 4879 and no such action has been taken regarding it. Is there any way we can take a legal action against this company as i have wasted a lot of time on this company. I want the reimbursement for that as well. I dont have any hope with this third class company but i do have a faith on consumer court.. Please get in touch with us...

Very very poor service shortly i explain 17 june 2016 i have r3ceive 3 shirts but size not match same time i call customer care he told me next 10 days your shirts hasbeen exchange but today apporox 28 days but still my problem not resolve last one week ago again call customer care but not respond properly my camplaint no 4098.onlineclues is very poor and gatiya brand my mistake i am order....

Few days back i have ordered 5 shirts pack today i received the same. but when i opened the packet i shocked to see the condition of white shirt it was looking like used. please refund the order value i did not want the this type of shirts. there nothing is mentioned that you will provide us used shirts.

kindly maintain the hygiene standard either it will lead the bad experience....

I have seen your advertisement in FB. I ordered the 5 shirts. I received my order through ECOM courier. I haven't got the same shirts which I have seen in your page. Moreover it doesn't fit to me. Its not good. What I have to do with unfitted shirts?. What is the procedure to get my fund or get fitted shirts.. my shirt size is 40 . But the shirts you have sent seems to be the size of 38. I hope you would have resolve my problem soon....

I need to return a product which they delivered a false product. i tried to reach them through several ways like customer service nos. and mail, but nothing worked out.

I received the defective product on two weeks back around june 30th and i started the return process through customer service on 2nd july. but til now my product has been not picked up from me. it been more the 12 days but they informed the they will take this...

My complaint no. is 2425 dated 27.05.2016.
As concern to my city, there is several corear company to pic the parcel. but i also more than one month try to contact your costumer care no but no satisfactory respond received. sir i once again request you kindly solve the problem because the item sand by you are totally different and bad quality that i booked. please take the matter seriously, otherwise i will suit in local consumer firm....
