I have order London looks 5 branded shirts on onlineclues.com on 30 July 2018 and arrived on 1st August 2018 I make payment of 1100 rupees. I immediately check the shirts the quality was very poor and size is also different. I want to return the product but no return option is display. I contact them many times but no reply back, I call them many times but no one pick up the phone I also message them but no reply, don't know how to return product and how to get payment back.

I ordered the product from online clues by facebook page add and the product that i get is very different in color and print also. They 5 shirts are very bad in quality and its color is very dull. The print of it is so different from that i have seen in picture.
I want to return the product but i did not found the option of return policy. Please do some needful.

I received delivery 13/07/2018 but quality of the product is not upto the mark & size of the product is also different, instead of L I have received M size.

I am not happy with this product & want to return the product urgently.

I have launched complaint on [protected]@onlineclues.com on the same day i.e 13th July & received reply from customer care that they will get back to me but I have not received any response as on 17th July.

Also tried to contact customer care but there is no response.

I have ordered london looks 3 cotton blended check shirt. But i have received star or spot design type.
I have called customer care. But ddidnot recieved any call.& i have mailed but not any respond or reply by them.
I think it is fraud by them.

Thise product is not like as advertised, two shirts colour are different, blue exchange to green and white exchange to pink.style of products is very different.the material of thise product is very bad very bad quality.

Jeans ka size bhi nahi yata hai. Jeans ka color bhi nahi mila sab ak hi color ka jeans hai. Very bed online clues. Ab kabhi nahi us kareange so very bed products deta hai.
