My complaint is for retiring of the product because which i have order it is totally different and cloth is too poor. Soplz kindly see towards this complint and this is second time m complainin because my first complain u marked resolved but it is not resolved so see towards....

I have order London looks 5 branded shirts but the quality was very poor and size is also different. I want to return the product but no return option is display I contact them many times but no reply back don't know how to return product and how to get payment back....

I have order London looks 5 branded shirts on onlineclues.com on 30 July 2018 and arrived on 1st August 2018 I make payment of 1100 rupees. I immediately check the shirts the quality was very poor and size is also different. I want to return the product but no return option is display. I contact them many times but no reply back, I call them many times but no one pick up the phone I also message them but no reply, don't know how to return...

I ordered the product from online clues by facebook page add and the product that i get is very different in color and print also. They 5 shirts are very bad in quality and its color is very dull. The print of it is so different from that i have seen in picture.
I want to return the product but i did not found the option of return policy. Please do some needful.

Myself raghu bodapati from bhadrachalam. I have ordered london looks check shirts combo of 5 of premium rs 1099 and my order number is cin1571049.. But i am not satisfied with the product. Bcz the quality of the product is not good.. It's a very cheap product... Thus i request you to refund my money back and take your product back...

The company executive asked me to share the bank details for money transfer as I was out of asked him to give a call back in one hour, since then neither am I able to reach nor has he called me back....

Product (shirts) are totally different in design and colours from the display you have shown in the site and received very poor quality product. received date 20 jul 2018. i ordered 5 set of shirts and nothing looks like the disply product. i have paid Rs 1099 and lost totally
it got delivered on 20-jul-2018 and I would like to refund the full amount with immediate effect....

I am ordered wrong product on onliecluesshopping.com, but could not able to cancle this order on their website..., so i want to cancle the my order on the onlineclues.com..., please cancle my order...

I saw the product on facebook and
I ordered 'london looks brand's 5 printed cotton shirts, the shirts which I get, the shirts quality is too cheap, & which I saw online shirts are very different from the real.
I call them on their official time bt phone is busy whole time.
So I want refund my money....

I have called customer care. But ddidnot recieved any call.& i have mailed but not any respond or reply by them.
I think it is fraud by them....
