Because when i saw its product i feel that it is awesome, so i ordered 5 casual shirts combo, when i got i feel very angry after saw it because it has bad color quality, bad material, diff size, its was totally different which i ordered, i have compaint it many time bt there are no response, so plz request to you that plz refund my money soon because i have need my money. I have received london looks branded 5 printed cotton shirts (Qty-1 no, size-xl) having order id of cin1029490 as per my order. But unfortunately the quality, size & features of the product is very low as shown in your site's description. I also lodged a complaint (Complain id 41581) on 16/06/17 at 12.01 pm over phone as to replace the product of size "l" instead of "xl" or refund the amount. Your team assured me to contact within 2 days regarding this matter and positively solve the problem. But very unfortunately till now then don't contact me and most surprisingly they don't receive my call also.
Please take necessary action within 24 hours (Even your said time is already over) positively. Otherwise i have to take legal action if required.

A lot variation in the product color and quality comparing with the image shown in the site. Very poor quality. At the same time i didn't receive the exact product shown the site. The product varies in so many measure.
I would like to return my product. But here the return policy is not good at the same time there is no option to return the product and the phone numbers shown in the site not working at and getting that always busy.

However, i have received a wrong colour/style of product delivered, i requested them to send their executive to collect the product and also help me with the refund details.

Product (Shirts) is totally different in design from the show in image of your site. And the quality of the product is so bad. I want to return it. I'm not at all satisfied with this product.
