I received totally different cheap shirts than i ordered, and no body responded even properly to my call cato thier customer care cente, how non sense to customers, i need immediately replacement or return my money
Onlineclues.com is just a cheating site completely cheating
I want value for my money, and i never encourage onlineclues.com for their recklessness to customer service...

I have purchase and shirts from onlineclues.com, once delivered it can be seen that product is complete;y different from what was shown. Cloths kind of stinks when opened.

I have tried several times calling there customer care [protected]/[protected], but of no use, as it was always busy. I have sent a mail as well to their customer support [protected]@onlineclues.com, still haven't received any reply.

I want to return the given product because which color is i order the given product color is not match so i disagree with the given product, please return my money which i spent for to buying your product which is not satisfied by me i called the online cluse office but they didn't respond which is very disappointed to me so tell me how can i return the product....

I bought a pack of 5 shirts from this site, it mentioned that the shirts would be 100% cotton, it also said that the colours might differ a bit from the pictures shown, but the shirts are neither 100% nor the designs & colours are same. They are not even similar to the ones' shown. I filed a complaint on their site but there is no reply from their side & they are not even picking up calls so i am not even able to complain to them on call....

My order id is cin1023122 dt 4th june 17. I ordered 5 shorts however the parcel which i received none of them matched to my order. Now i want to claim refund however there is no such option of refund. Very poor customer management and service is pathetic

Onlineclue team atleast show courtesy to revert your customer or else this will further deteriorate your name in market...
