I have order 3 pair of shirt on online clues .when i receive my order i get totally shock the pair of shirt i found they are of cheap quality and of different colour... it was totally disgusting so i think we have to complain it on consumer care agencies...

I have ordered combo of 5 shirts and received the same. But the product delivered is not the same. The quality is like a cotton shirt and which is transparent and which is very worst. the shirts were dusty, not looking like new shirts and material is veey cheap. I am looking for an immediate refund kindly arrange for the same and please do the needful.

size: 30 from Onlineclues.com on 3 March 2017 with Cash On Delivery option.I have received the same product on 10.3.2017 and handed over the amount i.e 1200/- to the courier boy. After checking out the product I found the size not vary to me i.e I found that 32 size in this brand will be suitable for me. I tried to call customer care no. i.e. [protected]/39 multiple times but nobody is responding to the call. no one pick up the phone. I also send Query and E mail to the concerned website. But no response i got till date. Now I want to return the product bcz I found poor customer support services from the team of onlineclues.com. So u r requested to do the needful action to sent back the product and refund my money.

I am not happy with the colours provided. The advertisement showed all dark colour shirts, where as i was given all very light colour shirts.
I tried calling to customer care number, but every time i would get the response as the number is busy and the call would get disconnected.
I emailed regarding this on 3rd feb 2017. But since then there were only return emails saying, we will get back to you and then there was no response from online clues. I asked for exchange of goods, as it was advertised, but now i feel it is not good doing any business with online clues. I would appreciate if you could refund me the amount. Any other details required please let me know

Very low class service & consumer court shud have a look over dis company bcoz it's doing fraud with people.

My complaint description:
I am chetan harsora. I have ordered a "combo of 5 pure printed shirts" on 11th march april, 2017 amounting ₹999 from www.onlineclues.com. My registered mail id is [protected]@yahoo.in i have received a product on 14 march 2017 the shirts are not as the described in website. Very cheap quality material and not looks like original linen.in short, 100% fake description. Moreover, there is stated in website that 30 days "easy" return policy but in reality, they are not picking up the call and didn't answer my complaint mail since last 8 days. I am trying the customer phone no. Everyday, but all the time it is showing busy and call is cut automatically.
Please take some action against this website. I have wasted my so much time and still it is going on in complaining and trying the call at this website
