I order from your online clues of 10 tishirt london looks mens round -neck printed tishirt is too small & is not good to see so i have to return the order in case i have to order the different item of the exchange Of refunds so you accept the request & refund the item tishirt is not good also so i request the order to you your thanfully. I had ordered combo of jeans for 1100.the jeans which i received is bad in quality and size also not proper.when i called the customer care they are not receiving the call .in spite of mailing them instant they just replied once saying your problem will be solved but now its almost a month they not doing anything.they are just silent.i mailed them before doing complain here by saying do something or else ill do compalin in consumer forum but they were like just ignored.

Product are different from order Quantity,

Quality of Product Very Dull, I order checked shirts & there are not checks any where, Colour are not same as order it is totally different
Quality is as per road side seller, nobody can say it product cost say as per website.

I did not want I request to refund my Money

I wanna s size shirt but u Snd me M size shirt do that's why I want to return my order.

I ordered 5 shirts at onlineclues and i received totally 5 different shirts
They donot have return option in their site as well
The phone number given in the side is also useless no one answers the calls

This product are very bad quality and did not match according to my order and didn't match colors and didn't match size
So refund my money I order for L size but I receive L, M, XL size and one shirt are creak and product are very low quality
This product are not useful for me so shortly refund my fund

My Complaint Description:
I am kishanlal. I have ordered a "London Looks Branded 5 printed cotton Shirt" on 02 march 2017 amounting Rs. 1099 ( 999+ 100 D.C.) from www.onlineclues.com.My registered Con. No. [protected] I have received a product on 6th march, 2017 The shirts are not as the described in website. Very cheap quality material and not looks like original linen. In short, 100% fake description. Moreover, there is stated in website that 30 days "EASY" return policy but in reality, they are not picking up the call and didn't answer. I am trying the customer phone no. everyday, but all the time it is showing busy & no resive and call is cut automatically.
Please take some action against this website. I have wasted my so much time and still it is going on in complaining and trying the call to customer but not responce my company.
