Your policy says we have to intimate you within 24hrs. How i am supposed to intimate u when your contact number is either not reachable or your not picking the call. Please call back at the earliest. I was orderd the product london looks 3 pants in a combo... For 1199/- i have recieved that after 6-7 days but the size is not able to fit me... And the quality of cloth is not as expected and so thats why i want to return that product and want to refund...

I am Paresh mistry . I have ordered a "london looks 5 printed shirts" on 23 feb, 2017 amounting ₹699 from www.onlineclues.com.My registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have received a product on 6 march, 2017. The shirts are not as the described in website. Very cheap quality material and not looks like original linen. In short, 100% fake description. Moreover, there is stated in website that 7 days "EASY" return policy but in reality, they are not picking up the call and didn't answer my complaint mail since last 1 days. I am trying the customer phone no. everyday, but all the time it is showing busy and call is cut automatically.

I want to change my product.. It is totally different to my order nd i also want to change my parcel nd size also... So please help me and refund my money ya change my product... I gave to order london look 5 plain cotton shirt .but this product is not like me because this shirt's quality is very bad and i want to return my order and refund my price.i wanted that solve my problem at earlier and refund my money. Precedent i had seen this shirt but when you delivered this product then product is not for as same so i return my order and safely refund my money.

I have ordered a london look denim jean a pack of 3.
It costs Rs.1199 (including delivery charges)
The received product is totally different in size and color. Please take back my product. How do i return it?

I ordered a 5 cotton checked shirts when i received it was not the ordered colour and design. All the shirts designs and colour was in worst. Totally all the receiced items not in ordered one. So pls check the ordered shirts after that send to the customer in future and return to my money immediately. I was wasted my times purchsed the shirts from yours.

I was ordered which product that couldn't be reached.the different of my ordered colour, quality and many more print therefore please return your product and refund my money.

Product delivered by company is not as per order...Made complain through complain no. but no response received from company.

I did call to given customer no. more than 100 time but no one answer on
given no. sometime it show busy and when it connect still no one give
answer. I try to contact them from last three days but they are not
answering or disconnect my call.

In last three days they received my call just one time and assured me that you will received call from our department for bank details and will refund amount after that. But till date no call received from them and as i mention
i m trying and trying to contact them but no one answering.
