I gave to order for london look 5 plain cotton shirt but i dont satisfied from this clothes.this quality is very bad so i want to return my order and safely refund to me.first i seen this patent on online cluse.com but as per no product. I feel that waste my money in this product.so immediately solve my problem and refund my money and return my order...

The product i have received doesn't match with ur product which is shown in the add. Plz take ur product back and plz refund my money...My Awb number is [protected]....

While the product is waste.
When I call customer care number, it'll show always busy.
If the phone is rang also, they won't pick up the call.
I'm very frustrated about this service.

Their return policy of online clues is very bad. Their policy says if you want to return the product come to its office in Haryana at your on expenses and then your product will be returned.I cannot afford 1100 rs at stake without easy return policy. Living in gaziabad it is not possible to go and return the product in haryana...

I have order 3 piece small shirts from onlineclues. my awb no. is[protected] and order no. is CIN810622. when I receive my order and i checked the order it was totally different and disappointing. size of shirts is also different and very largd i have mail onlineclues and contact customer care but company taking no action.i requested to onlineclues please resolved the problem and refund my money. i have upload pictures of delivered product...

The product which I ordered is totally different kindly take back the product and refund my money...

I have order 5 london checks cotton shirts amounting 1099. My delived recived product is not matching my order delivery.change colour, size, total shirts .This is wrong desicption order. Show in the figures is one type delivery order shirts is not orginal, very cheap quality material delivered. To remember to order delivery is wrong material not orginal to care full deliverd. order CIN NO: 794803.immediately refunded my money....

I purchased formal shirts combo, and what came is shirts with all different size and low quality. When i called them the same day they gave me complaint number and said you will get refund in 5 days. But afterwards i understood that company is fraud. They didn't picked up single call after that. I sent a lot of mails. Now 15 days passed but no help...

The product you delivered is very cheap quality and that u shown in picture I want to return it Nd need my money back order detail in pics...
