Orient fans — Blades colour peeling off

Dear Customer care,

This is to inform you that , following 3 fan bought details given herebelow, colour of the blads of all the 3 fans started peeling off after few months of purchase.

1) 1200mm-Hurricane-WH/GL/PI/09-10 PEH --051818

2) 1200mm-Hurricane-WH/GL/PI/09-10 PEH --051796

3) 900mm-Hurricane-WH/GL/PI/09-10 PAH --04203

Abover referred fans were bought from M/s. SADGURU AGENCIES, Sunil Sadan, Opp Tony Land, Station Road, Chembur, Mumbai-400 071. Tel No.2521 1683 vide Invoice # 227 dt. 20.09.2009.

The undersigned went to the above dealer today i.e.5th of December, 2010 to make official complaint about the same. He was of the opinion that such things heppens on all Orient or any other product which is non metalic, which being a customer i do not agree. As, I strongly beleive in Orient Brand therefore bought 3 fans as referred above. Being a customer i would request you to seriously look into the matter and please make necessry arragementmet to either inspect or get the defect blades changed at the earliest under the intimation to the undersigned.

I am from chandigarh and we bought one orient ceiling fan in January 2010.
Last year itself it started producing strange sound, we contacted several times to the local dealer and the service people in Amritsar. After that they changed the ball bearing of the fans. The fan is again producing the same sound and we called up the people at Amritsar and they said that the fan was under warranty for 1 year and we could not do anything. We looked at the warranty card its clearly mentioned that the warranty is for 2 years. Now its upto you to replace this product otherwise so many misleading statements have come from your side. We have proper documents to file a case if nothing is done in this matter.

We have also paid to the electrician to for uninstalling and installing the fan to our house, and for the latest I have to take the fan myself where your service people have asked us to take it to get it repaired. Its so much hassle and company is not bothered about. Such a poor after sale service.

I have also purchased 5 fans of orient summer pride, most of them started giving sound in few weeks. Service person came are attended/replaced some items/added lubricant (twice). But... still I have problem with one fan!
I am deeply disappointed with the quality. We have been using Orient for decades, but there seems to be something wrong recently.

Please give me Avanindra Yadav contact, I can talk to him or send him an email.

Orient need to wake up.

I have bought a Orient PSPO Fan, model 1200 mm NORWESTER DECOR 1 month back. For the first few weeks, it worked well but after that it started making noises while being turned ON.
I called up the service centre at[protected] but the guy who picked up the call said that that I am on the queue and there are several other complaint's that they have to handle.Listening to that, I asked him how long is it gonna take, he replied 3-4 days. After 5 days, I called him back and he said the same thing and now its going on.The service is first of all very poor, having said that, no one would have thought that a fan 1 month old would have broke down so soon.Please contact me at[protected] for more details

I have a purchased 1 fan of orient pspo 1400mm, on 16/03/10 from APANA BAZAAR AT CHARKOP MUMBAI after 6 monthstarted giving sound. i given complaint to apana bazzar dept they give me complaint no 1605 (06/10/10)& telephone no of service centre i call Service centre they told me that send the on sat dated 10/10/10 but till date no one person attend the complaint.this the way of your service.if no one attend the complaint i go to consumer court ?
I am deeply disappointed with the quality. We have been using Orient for decades, but there seems to be something wrong recently.why your giving big Add on T V telling that Kone Kone Me Hawa first give the good sevice to customer then take higly paid Dhoni?

Not functioning since one months

My fan is purchased about two and half years . The Fan decreases its speed contentiously and at last stopped. Kindly repair the same.I had purchased three fancy fans but no one gives the satisfaction.

orient fan — after warranty where to go for original parts

After warrenty period where to go for repairing the Orient table fan I am anable to get original parts for repairing the Orient table fan. I had gone to service center but the gays told that they repair only the fan which is in warrenty period.

Because i am also having a similar type of complaint. within days (1 week of purchase o[censored]r orient fan size 42 ) the product is not at all ok. constant noise while spinning and variance in speed. i told the dealer about it but as usual he says that it will be ok but till now (3 months) nothing has happened..

can i have a solution in this regards...

This is regarding the complaint of the fan 56" purchased by myself from Khanna Electricals, 1157/12, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, NEW DELHI-110019, Phone no.[protected], fax no.- [protected] on 22.05.09. The fan after a month becomes noisy and i took the fan to Khanna electricals but they told me call at the given no. of Orient i.e. 27298193. But this phone either remains busy or the the bells keeps rining, no body picks the phone. My REQUEST IS TO KNDLY REPLACE THE FAN AS IT HAS GOT DEFECTIVE AFTER JUST A PERIOD OF MONTH ONLY. KINDLY TAKE MY COMPLAINT URGENT AS I AM VER MUCH DISSATISFIED.

I had the similar view. In fact I am very much disappointed with Orient fan quality. My experiene is as follows :

I had purchased an Orient ceiling fan on 16/10/2009 from Rajkamal Emporium, RRT Road, Mulund (W).
Within 2 days it’s capacitor became faulty which after complaining to customer care was replaced.
Again from yesterday it started giving noise due to which we were unable to sleep the whole night. I had told Rajkamal owner to lodge a complaint with Orient.
Its extremely annoying for us. Since we purchased this fan keeping in mind that its of a standard branded company – Orient, we were expecting to get better results out of it. But it failed to fulfill our expectations, making us uncomfortable every time.

In fact my wife has suggested not to go for any Orient make product in future. This shows how much we (especially my family) are suffering due to this noise problem at house.

Orient fans — DAMAGED FAN NOT REPAIRED BY COMPANY WITHIN GUARANTEE PERIOD

Hallo Sirs,

I have purchased one Orient Tornado fan from RAJ ELECTRICALS, 42/2/1, Ram Charan Sett Road, Howrah - 711104 on 18/02/2009. On 01/08/2009 that was gone out of order. Immediately I have lodged one complain at phone number 24551852. My complain number is 6573. After my complain some body came to my house to inspect my fan on 06/08/2009. After inspection it was found that there is a problem in fan's motor and company will repair that as early as possible as my fan was well with in it's GUARANTEE PERIOD.

Today is 13/09/2009 and nobody didn’t turn up to my house replace or repair my fan.

Orient Fans — Fan speed low & both are having noise

We have purchased 4 nos of Orient Fans out of 4 2 of are having Noise & one of them is having low speed.

note:- fan ke nichle barring me grees na hone ke vajah se ye aawaj dene lga.
fir humne ise shopkeepr ko dikhaya fan ke barring ki jali me ek cut or seet bhi
ghisi hui hai.unhone usme sirf grees kar diya hai.

note: aap se vinmar prathna hai ki aap uska rutar or barring change karva de.

hum apke product par bhut vishwash karte hain.

I am anil kumar chaurasia, i am also purchase two pair of fan model is :all purpose fan 300mm orient, but after a few month both the fan stop working i gave to the dealers but they do not repair nicely both the fan are with them . Orient Fans — problem in ceiling fan

I am using orient pspo fans from quite somr time. I have bought two fans around a couple of years ago, since then 1 fan is having problem. I had also lodged a complaint for it earlier also. They people come and resolve it but after 3-4 days same problem arises again. Still i havnt found any solution for it.

Pls resolve my problem at the earliest
