I have purchaed a orient stand fan from M/s Atma Agencies (a autho.dealer of Orient fan) shop no.1, D B Z -N-121 Gandhidham (Kutch) vide bill No. 1419 dated 18/4/2009 Rs. 2300/- with two years gaurantee. After one year my fan not working properly I have given fan to the above said dealer for checking/repairing
The said dealer given me repairing sleep No. 2783 dated 4/5/2010 and said that fan is manufacturing defact hence it will take 5-6 days to repair from orient co. since one weak i have regularly equring but dealer not heard me not returning my fan. Kindlyk in to the matter and help me.

Though orient fans are one of the costliest fans and they spend a lot in advertising and M.S.Dhoni but their ceiling fans are the worst.within 2 years 1month of purchase 2 orient twister ceiling fans 48inches are moving at a snails pace with nobody to listen.

I HAVE PURCHASED THE ORIENT PSPO FAN FROM M/S PRAKASH ELECTRICALS, P-37, INDIA EXCHANGE PLACE, KOLKATA-700001, Ph.[protected],[protected], VIDE VR. NO. 30233
DATED 30.05.08 & I AM HAVING THE ORIGINAL BILL. THE COMPANY HAS GIVEN TWO YEARS
GARANTEE . MY FAN IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND MAKING THE NOISE WHILE ON.

I HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT VIDE NO. 7888 DTD. 04.11.09 TO M/S M. AGENCIES, 29 SUBERBONE SCHOOL ROAD, KOL - 29 THROUGH THEIR TELE NO. 24551852 / 65332262. AFTERWORDS I CONTRACTED THEM OVER PHONE 3 TIMES AND THEY ARE JUST EXTENDING THEIR DATE OF VISIT EVERY TIME.
KINDLY HELP ME TO GET RID OF THIS FAN PROBLEM AND GUIDE ME WHAT I NEED TO DO?????

I have purchased a Orient Fan on 17-apr-2008 from National Radio &
Electrics Co. karnal with 2 yrs replacement guarantee. But from last 20
days it is not working as fan is making heavy noise after switching ON.
When i made the complaint at the National Radio,they are not giving
proper solution and not solving the problem instead they said that go
to consumer court as they not going to help.

I purchased ceiling fan of orient fans From Uttam electricals, Zumar das Market, Nr Thermax Chowk, Chinchwad, pune. Fan details are like sweep 1200mm, 220-240 V.A.C, 50 Hz, 1-PH, cost- Rs1000/-

Problem: They are not replacing another model with defective fan
Defect in fan: Air not circulating in the room ( room size 10ft X 10ft only), even air not circulate below the fan exactly at high speed

I was contact to customer service, they sent concern person & he changed the blades of fan. But still problem didn’t solve. Then serviceman said that typical this type of all fans has same problem, you doesn’t get more air- circulation, we can not do anything, and if you purchase the orient PSPO then you get more air-circulation. This is the answer of serviceman.

I have contact with the company also by mail (Mail Id: [protected]@orientfans.com; [protected]@orientfans.com; [protected]@orientfans.com, [protected]@aol.com, [protected]@hotmail.com; [protected]@hotmail.com). But they didn't reply me.

Means that orient are selling the design failed, faulty fans to customer.

If they are not replacing the model, then I have only one option that get down this & purchase new fan.

Please Resolve this issue.
