I have purchased orient ceiling fan model new air 600 mm in the month of march 2017, i think in october itself it started giving noise from the fan. But we thought it will be a minor issue and will get resolved automatically. However it continued and finally in november around 19th nov 2017 we made a complaint, and technician came and attend the service call, he opened up every parts of the ceiling fan including motor, he did something and fixed again, the noise disappeared.
However again after 10-12 days the noise started again from 3rd or 5th dec 2017. I am totally fed up with the noise as it is giving a so lousy noise that irritates a lot while you sleep.
I need my refund amount / or replacement with new fan immediately. I think there is seriously something wrong with workmanship of orient fan all the models as i have heard similar kind of complaint from others too.
Please i need some action immediately.

We too also experiencing similar problem . Even the technician came and said nothing can be done on the noise. We can’t even hear any other voice. Very bad and totally disastrous customer service in IJK Thrissur.

    I am buy orient 400 mm wall 49 crystal white kk15 16kq 0005492 wall fan from the deler nice enterprises edarikkode kottakkal on[protected], today onwards the fans rotation failure 4 th time. The technician are said that lack of of parts that is not the fault of custmer availability that is very shame on this company the same issu repets the 4th of parts i wants to replace the product

    Fan is making soo much noise and not working properly
    We ordered 12 fans from orient eshop on 16.02.2018. The promised delivery date was 28.02.18. It's 9th march today and we STILL HAVENT RECD our order for our PREPAID fans amounting to almost INR 20000/- Calls to concerned person were also not easy to make and now they say theyre out of stock.

      Bought a mixie fom orient three months ago. It is not working now and a complaint has been logged since nov 18th. Complaint no, c[protected]. My mobile number is [protected].

      The main complaint number representatives do not resolve the problem and delegate to chennai incharge, ramesh ([protected]) who is not responding properly on mobile or arranging even a door visit by technician.

      Poorest service and money gone completely. Could you please take this up and arrange for the company to give a complete refund for the mixie.

        I bought my fan on 16/4/2016 in sri ganesh electicals (Puducherry). Here before this fan had repaired five times. Two times i repaired directly with the help of electricals and another three times with the help of orient customer care but still it has problem how many time i am going to repair repair again and again. So please provide new fan replacement.

          Sir,

          I rajneesh bansal, bought a orient fan from kansal electronics, rampura phul (Aero model, white fan. Amount = rs 4500) on 8th of september, 2017.
          This fan worked excellently for the first week but after that it came up with very terrible problems, i. E it started making noises which are very loud. I contacted the customer care for three times. First on 14/10/17, complaint no. C[protected] and share code. 9773, enquiry no. C [protected]. Second on 17/10/17, share code 3117 and third on 27/10/17 with enquiry no. C[protected] and share code 5268. One of your mechanics came to me and he opened up each and every part of the fan by saying that the motor of the fan is defected.
          After that he didn't came. The fan is kept opened up at my home. I mean what the hell is this! I got three no. S to contact hemant bajaj:- [protected], jaswinder:-[protected], gagan:- [protected]. They didn't answer the call for once. Again, i consulted the senior consultant jaspal singh from delhi and balwinder kumar from amritsar but he didn't came back with any response. Am i a fool who bought your fan or your # company.
          As the fan is reopened, i don't want any of the motor change. I have already shared this post on the social media. The service centre are just the #!! I have even ppst the negative reviews on all of the online shopping apps about orient.

            Fan 's voice. When we open the fan it doing some voice. Fan making big notice and disturbed us. We can't sleep because of this voice. I request you to crack my fan and repair it fast. The voice of fan makes problem from last 15 days. We complaint about this before once but after some days it doing badly and making big noise and disturbed us all over the family member.

              I want to highlight a tragic incident which could have been converted to major tragedy if we did not take appropriate steps to stop the fire. Couple of days ago, in the early morning at around 4:00 am, my orient wall fan sparked and within few minutes converted to big fire flames. We were at the risk of having the fire in the whole room. We took immediate steps by throwing the sands to stop the fire but small spark suddenly converted into big fire flame and sand could not help to stop the fire. With multiple attempts and resources, and by the effort of my whole family members, finally we were able to control the fire.
              But we were stunned by the way, orient fan behaved. I really don’t expect such kind of cheap quality from orient. We trusted the orient and bought those fan. But orient broke our trust and rather put our life on risk. My 2 small daughters were sleeping in the room. It was really horrifying when the fire broke out. This needs to be handled seriously from orient. We could have been hurt badly if my wife would not have noticed the smoke on time.
              Last couple of months ago orients engineer replace the wall fan motor and ensure there is no problem in future. But i don’t think so this type of service orient provide to our customers. Last 1.5 year ago i purchase this fan and it is in under warranty. So many times i tried to log a complaint in orient customer care but they did not log this accident complaint.

                I purchased 2 orient selling fans 2 years ago. I purchased very costly assuming better quality. Within installation it start making noise. I made complaint to the company, it was attended by the technician and he said he fixed the issue. But after its again start making noises, so i am feeling ditched by this company. Hopeless service and quality. This is the worst performance i had ever seen. I want an immediate action to be taken & want replacement or my money back.

                My Concern No is W17102101543. Today one technician came to check the issue & he give me repair cost of Rs 950. I purchased the Fan @ 1500 2 yr ago, one service already done for the same issue last yr with in Warranty.

                i think i need to invest Rs 1000 every on Fan, so that its work properly.

                    I purchased 4 ceiling fans and after a week it started noise. I have coplaint twice but no action taken by the company.

                      Hi,

                      I had purchased orient subaris solo fan in june 2017. It has decorative light provision. One of the smallest part received in packing was not appropriate. Hence registered a request 4 months ago.
                      Customer service is so so bad, i have very bad experience and no response from 4 months. Nobody bother to respond back or serve to customer.
                      It was mistake that i have bought orient fan.
                      I will never recommend this to anyone in future.
                      Your team should improve on this.
                      I don't understand what kind of rocket science it is, that they are taking so much of time.
                      Pathetic service i have even seen.

                      If possible take note of it and solve my problem. Though i have very less hope from you.

                        I bought orient electric cooler on 16th sept 2017 and was given a defective piece the cooler water pump is not working so instead of getting cooling like a cooler getting cooling like a simple fan.. I don't understand how could the dealer sell a defective piece to a customer and also what about the quality check done by the company... The service is also very bad they came today and said the part needs to be replaced and will be available by saturday 23rd sept 2017.. The company should take some strict measures and not compromise on the quality of its products.. I would like to get the product replaced with a new one which is in a working condition...

                          Sir/madam, we purchased 6 orient wall for kendriya vidyalaya n o 2 sohna road gurgaon on 29 april 2017. At present all the wall fan are not working. I already complaint in orient customer care 5 times but any technician have not reached. I have been talked 3 technician and 3 officer of orient about address and fan condition. But no one came in my address to repair wall fan.

                            I bought an orient table fan (Desk-25) on 28/04/2017 to escape from the scorching heat of this past summer but just after 3 months from purchase the fan stopped working all together, since i bought the fan nearby i took it back to the retailer and requested to have it fixed, as it is on warranty, he said only the orient can service this so leave this with me and i'll have it serviced by them after 10 days i got the fan back in working condition and to my surprise again in just 3 days it stooped working again... So i contacted the service number myself, gave my details and they said i'll be contacted withing 48 hours but no one did even after 48 hours, again i requested for a service online which gave me a text with c[protected] allocated to amaravathi electricals and shall visit you, 4 days now nothing happened..

                            Whats the meaning of this?

                            The orient doesn't care about its sold products?

                            And what is the quality of your product and service?

                            I bought the fan for one reason, to get some air.
                            Now its just siting there collecting dust as a waste of my money and time

                              Purchased the fan two months back. It was wagging so i raised the complaint. Enginners came and altered fan wings but it did not work then they said that wings needs to be replaced. Now, they sent a new request number every week and close old complaint number. There is no use calling customer care.
                              Fan is not usable for more than a month. Issue number: s[protected]. Its pathetic. I am not able to use fan for one month after paying full amount.

                                An ceiling fan was purchased on last month with 2 years of warranty.
                                This was not working from last week. I registered a complained on 18.7.2017 at 1.50pm (Complain no c[protected]). Confirmation recd saying concern is allocated to m/s deep electric mansa. But no response from this distibutor. On repeated calling the customer care it was told that our technician should come within 48 hr. Yet no technician at sight. Customer care advicer register complaint 2nd time complaint no. (C[protected]) on 26.07.17. But no response.
                                So bad service from orient and our distibutor..

                                Such behaviour is highly unprofessional which is torturous and such acts shall cost the company...

                                  An ceiling fan was purchased on 14.6.17 with 2 years of warranty.
                                  This was not working from last week. i registered a complained on 24.7.2017 at 12.43am (complain no C[protected]).Confirmation recd saying concern is allocated to M/s Shubham Services (Fan division). On repeated calling the customer care it was told that our technician should come within 48 hr.Yet no technician at sight. Technician no. provided was [protected] who repeated gave appointment timing but failed to turn up.

                                  Such behaviour is highly unprofessional which is torturous and such acts shall cost the company an loyal customer.

                                  Hoping concerned authorities look into the matter and provide relief at the earliest.

                                    I had purchased ceiling fan 2 days ago from shanti electric malad (Mumbai). It has been 2 days that the fan has stopped working. The dealer is asking me to contact the company & and not replacing the fan. I would like to have clarification from the company that the company doesn't check the fan when they despatch from the factory. I want an immediate action to be taken & want replacement or my money back.

                                      I called to the customer care on July 3, 2017. There was a executive name SHAGUN SHARMA she was picking up my call and using the mute button again and again and said that as there was no response so disconnecting the call and this happened 5 time times and she didn't answer the call. While after some I called from the same phone and spoken with mother executive and that executive resolve my issue and he was able to here me.
                                      Orient Electric India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      We have purchased arctic fan of 1200 mm but it is very slow from the date when we brought it.We have complaint 3 times but they tell us that this fan is already slow . So i want to say that if the fan is slow then not only manufacture it. That is what i want to say.

                                        I purchased 2 orient celing fans on[protected] from r.k.electric co., 1554, gurudwara road, kotla mubarakpur, nd-110003 model no 14-15 48AV, sr. no. 027810 and 027811 respectively vide receipt no. 11833 book no 119

                                        after instalation on[protected], i found that they are not delivering air properly, thus i launched the complaint no. C[protected] on[protected].

                                        The person who came could not solve the problem and went back saying "this model will not deliver more air"

                                        you are hereby requested to take action and replace these fans with new, properly working fans

                                        Complaint date - 27.6.17.
                                        Technician still not arrieved.
                                        He is only saying on call that, i am coming in 2 hours. Than 1 hour, than 2 hours, than next day. And so on. From last 5 days.

                                        Is this the facility of orient company to customers, who are buying costly designer fans.
