I Dr.Ranveer singh Bains saving A/c in branch Zirakpur had Very bitter experience as one of employee (hardith singh) not only miss behaved also , Denied the to serve ,Even refuse to give bank statement of my own account

As I went to OBC branch of Zirapur,I approached hardith requesting to update my pass book,

“ He refused stating that it cannot be updated every time, it could be done only once in month come next day ,as I insisted told me that I have plug in printer, wait for some time. After 10 min when I asked for same he misbehaved with me and said, I case I have to do same I cannot work.

After escalating that to manager, then did it after 20 minutes , as I needed bank statement for my Account then again I approached hardith ,he told me first that I have come after one day , as I insisted that I require it on same day, He refused ,stating that it cannot be issued on same , then he passed , to another person in same branch , after 5 minute he also did the same . Then again I have to ask the manager for same, then hardith again intervened state that it cannot issued before 3 month , it was shocking to me .

1) I was misbehaved for the basics service to get my passbook updated
2) Employee had will issue, did not want to serve
3) Was denied the statement for my own account, was informed it can only issue after 3 month
4) When I escalated matter was been told that we normally speak in similar way in local language


I would request you take appropriate action to ensure that these kind episode is to something usual been faced by me or someone as

    transection detail=ibsm-txn.id-totrry[protected].when i log on bitsat2011 website a messege appear that please payment the fees.
    i again payment the fees on 6/1/2011 from my account no[protected] .this time payment is successfull tansection detail is given below
    ibsm txnid-torry[protected] and again 1010rs bebited my account no[protected]
    i want to know about transection no ibsm txn.id-torry[protected] if rs 1010 amount not transfer to third party then why not credited in my account

      Atm cash undespenced.
      Dear sir,

      Myself GAURAV SHUKLA (RAILWAY EMP), a customer of OBC Bank Ltd, SIPRI BAZAR branch JHANSI (UTTAR PRADESH), having account no. [protected] opted for withdrawal of Rs 5000/- from PNB Bank Ltd, SIPRI BAZAR JHANSI (UTTAR PRADESH) as on 03/11/2010, at about 08:07 am in the morning, but thrice the money from the atm got deducted from my account no. and cash not dispensed and at the fourth time the cash came out, thus Rs 5777/- has been deducted from my account , in the form of three entries of Rs 5000/-each , immediately a complaint has been logged by me at concerned branch of OBC Bank whose i am a customer, but its more than a month now and i have not received my money back,you are thus requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to credit the deducted amount into my account asap.

      BANK REMARK:-Spoken to customer. There are two debits on that day. Complaint is already rejected on the first debit. Now complaint is raised onthe second debit. Comp no 65904/10

        I have saving bank account at ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE, JHANSI, District-JHANSI,UTTAR PRADESH, PIN-284003. Earlier on 03rd NOV 2010 at around 08:07 AM in the MORRNING I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000 from ATM id D1222300/67 near PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK,SIPRI BAZAR,JHANSI, UTTAR PRADESH, but the transaction failed with error and the balance had been deducted .The transaction cannot be completed. When I used another nearby ATM, I was surprised to see that for my attempt at PNB ATM ID no. D1222300/67, Rs. 5000 transaction have been deducted from my account, thus incurring on me a loss.

          Dear Sir,

          I went in Lucknow in 28 August 2010 I have only check the balance Enquarie of my account at Lucknow Junction I get my balance is OK.
          But after some days when I want take money from account I saw Total balance is less 10,000 thousand i check the the statement I found the 28.08.2010 at 11.08 pm said amount is withdrawn from my account which is wrong. that time I only check the balance.
          I have complained one and more time in oriental bank of commerce and his noddles officer but till today I have not received my amount.

          I have tell him one and more time pl. give me video footage of related this transaction they are not sowing me neither give me my save money.

          Sir,
          I have a SBI account. I withdrawn Rs. 500.00 form Oriental Bank of Commerce. But i didnot receive any amount. Again i try to with drawn Rs 300.00 And this time i got Rs. 300 only. But when i checked my account it deducted 800 which is originally 300 only. I wait for one day as i thought may be they credit the amount but i did not get the Rs 500.00. Please help me...

I used Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM card in Panjab National Bank, Branch Sanjay Place Agra ATM Machine on dated 09.10.2010 time aproxx 5.40 pm. Complainant used card for amount 7000.00 but Machine show "unable to service..." and no received amount. Complainant again using the card for amount 3000.00 but again show same massage and not received any amount and not received any slip. Complainant check the account balance from net banking. Account balance show Transaction Description CWDR/W1163900/1220/[protected] Transaction ID: S[protected].00

                  Total 10000.00 Rs. are Debited in my account.I am allready fill the chargeback form and receving copy of the

I send the complainet of [protected]@rbi.org.in, [protected]@rbi.org.in, [protected]@obc.co.in, [protected]@obc.co.in by the email dated 09.10.2010 and continue sending reminder email but not reply any parties.

                  Banking Oriental Bank Of Commerce — ATM of Oriental Bank Of Commerce

                  Sir , I had made a transaction from Oriental Bank Of Commerce ATM located at Panipat (Haryana), near Skylark Hotel. Sir, there was a deduction in the balance of my account of but I didn't received the amount . Sir when I went to register my complaint to the Bank which is responsible for the caretaking of that particular ATM. They said me that they are not responsible for this and I should complain to SBI of whose ATM I am using.
                  Please look forward to my case.

                  it is highly frustrating that we are not able to do internet banking form Overseas

                  last I talk to some who is in IT- dept of OBC almost 2 months ago and he said that within a week it will be operative and now it has gone bad to worse !!

                  can some one respond what is going on?? and When we will be able to do Internet Banking and how to do transaction even if one needs to transfer or make payment he should be able to log in also One should log in and then using secure mail of bank portal one should give Instruction !!

                      I have been working for erstwhile Global Trust Bank which subsequently got taken over by Oriental Bank of Commerce. My staff No. is S00309. I had joined the bank on December 1995 and got relieved from the bank on 4th September 2005 after paying 2 months notice pay. I was working for tha bank for almost 10 years.
                      Inspite of this the bank has still not paid my hard earned Gratuity dues accumulated till date.

                      Am not able to understant why such a big bank is not in a position to pay by dues.

                      Pls take up my case with the bank and get my dues settled with interest.

                        I had opened a joint S/B A/C with my wife(Arvind Bartaria and Chanchal Bartaria)in 2004 in OBC bank nerul station branch and given a fixed deposit of Rs ten thousand against a safe locker.That time my S/B A/C No was 1168 and for a few years my locker rent was cut from my FD interest and later from my S/B A/C.In 2005 all account numbers changed and my new number is[protected]. In 2009 I went to surrender my safe locker and refund of my fixed deposit.The bank has accepted the surrender of my locker but till date did not refund my fixed deposit as they say that since the account numbers have changed your fixed deposit is lost with the last software.Though in there locker register my fixed deposit is shown.To refund my fixed deposit the bank has to get the last software and the software company is asking for Rs 50,000(fifty thousand) to do that job and thus the bank is not interested in it.
                        I had made complaints to bank head office and to core but no reaction till date.
                        It is now almost one year since I am struggling with this problem.

                          I visited the G.K. I branch (in N - Block Market) of Oriental Bank of Commerce for the purpose of acquiring a home loan. But the manager (a lady named asha) was so rude that she did not even listened to my housing project and kept me waiting there for around 40 minutes. Then she asked me to meet his loan officer some mr. Dogra. I shown him all the papers of the project and othere relevant documents such as ITRs and Salary slips, ID and Address Proofs. That Fat fellow told me that they cannot process my application in the month of march because the closing period is going on. (May I know if it is the bank's policy not to process any loan application in the month of march or is it due to the inefficiency of the manager asha goyal and loan officer mr. dogra?). He told me to come in the second week of april. When I met him on 10th of April he told me that the audit period is going on so my application will be processed only in the month of may and not earlier than that. Will the Oriental Bank of Commerce give them something called the Free Lunch throughout the their lives because they do not want to entertain the potentail customers of the bank.

                                I have filed incometax return for AY[protected] in Incometax Dept. Hyderabad. My ack.receipt no.[protected] Bndl.No.684 Range 13.dt.[protected]. My PAN No.ARGPS7128G. I have to get
                                refund of Rs.10,262/-. I am a retired Defence employee. My age 63 yrs. I am a BP patient. Even after several visits to Incometax dept.
                                I have not yet received my incometax of refund. When ever I am visitin
                                their office something they are telling and you will get the refund to
                                your Bank a/c directly within 15 days. Like that already more than 2 years passed.

                                I request your goodself to please look into the matter and get me
                                the refund immediately for which act of kindess I will be very much
                                thankful to you.

                                  I have saving a/c no.3200 in OBC, at NTPC , P.O. Vidyut Nagar, Distt. G.B.Nagar (UP). I take Rs. 14000/- on 27.2.2010 from OBC ATM at NTPC V. Nagar. Next day I came to know by the bank that Rs 38000/- has been withdrawn by me through ATM. While one time transaction has been done by me on 27.2.2010 in which I received only Rs. 14000/-. In the regard, a written complaint has been given to the bank. Thus extra Rs. 24000/-has deducted from my a/c. Till now Rs. 24000 have not been credited in my a/c. Please help me.

                                        I M FROM KOTA, RAJASTHAN.
                                        I REQUEST TO WITHDRAW 500 RS. FROM STATE BANK ATM BUT THE REQUEST WAS NOT PROCESSED.I GOT THE SLIP IN WHICH THE REQUEST WAS NOT PROCESSED IS PRINTED.

                                        I went to ATM situated at Shadipur Metro Station to withdraw cash.No guard was available at that time for any kind of assistance.When somehow i located the guard(Vikas Kumar) from Java Securities roaming around in metro station premises.I told him him to sit at ATM Machine center he told me he strated Mis Behaving and told me do whatever u want to do.This is not expected.
                                        Please take neccesary action against the guard.

                                        then i contact to the customer care no. of OBC & allahabad bank branch officer but the say wait for 24hour and then see your bal i have wait for 24 hour but i haven't got my money. they say contact to your home branch the branch is in New Delhi & i am in Bengaluru so please tell me what i will do.
