An amount Rs.115.6 & Rs.116.0 deducted on dated 27.11.2016 during debit card swipe at reliance store from my account number [protected] OBC bank sbs nagar ludhiana branch . OBC BANK did not solve the issue when asked and lodged any complaint.
reliance store only confirmed for single amount Rs. 116.0 .
The amount of RS.115.6 still not credited to my account.

I rakesh kumar bansal go to obc bank (Situated at satta bazar, kotkapura 0077) and a/c no :[protected] to withdraw money from my saving account with voucher on 19/11/2016 and we wait for near about 3-4 hours due to heavy rush in cue. But voucher passing office insult me in public and use some wrong word to me and also our respectable prime minister sh narendra modi.

Bank manager of oriental bank kidderpore branch, is not abiding by his duties.He is busy talking about modi and thing in general to rather a close customer or friend and is not meeting the general issue of the customer standing in the queue .The bank in not functioning properly, all staf have a lazy outback and are finding excuses and at times saying wrong things to the customers. It is taking them 1 week to reopen an account which has not been accessed for 6 months .They have to go through all the procedure of opening an account and submitting form for no use, where it takes 5 mins to do the process, as done in other banks.

2 Months ago i visited Oriental Bank of Commerce located in khanouri mandi for personal loan.
Bank Manager Demanded some documents for approving.
I collected all documents from concern departments and paid 7000 rupees.
when i visited Bank again then Bank manager refused to loan.

Dear sir, i (man singh) have submitted my new account application form on dated 7th september 2016 but till now i have not received any responce from bank (obc, sector-5, rohini, delhi-110085, near vishram chowk), so i request you to kindly take the action in matter immediately, this is very important for me because i am working in bhagwati hospital and they issued our salary through transfer in obc account.

I balbeer singh, account holder of account no. -[protected] r/o v. p. o-khorra, distt-jhajjar has a saving account in oreintal bank branch - bahu jholri, branch code 100293. i had applied for the kisaan credit card but till date i have not been issued kisaan credit. and that response from bank manager is not satisfactory plus conduct of him is also not good.
Kindly look into this matter and issue me the kisaan credit card as i am very much in need of it.

- I kalbir singh belongs to vill. buremajra, p.o devigarh distt. patiala.
- i visited obc branch devigarh to do agriculture limit with your bank.
- as the bank manager said, i prepared all the documents and other legal documents are prepared by the lawyer as per bank rules.
- after all the documents passed by the manager(shabnam goel), then i registered my agriculture land to obc bank to borrow money as a agriculture limit.
- remaining formalities are also done after registry, agriculture limit account was opened, cheque book is also issued to me.
- there is time to withdrawl money from my limit account, then manager said that first do some policy of 1, 00, 000. then she lend money to me otherwise not.
- i requested her that madam i need money urgently, please donot harass me, request her to lend money . but she again said first do policy .

- she returned my all documents in bad behaviour and insulted me at working hours of bank
- i have all the returned documents like:- land registry, signature card, cheque book and legal documents prepared by lawyer, etc.
- my land is yet registerd to bank, due to this i m unable to take loan from any other bank.
- total expenditure on this case is around 15000,
- this is rascality of bank manager (mrs. shabnam goel) . and totally harassment to customers.
- there is no such rule for agriculture limit loan ... then why she harass me .
its a missuse of power . please resolve my problem as soon as possible, so i shall pay money to pspcl for tubewell connection in may and made tubewell in fields.
- if she dont agree, then she should pay my expenditure of 15000, so i shall deal with other bank.

Sir,
I had done two fixed deposit of rs 100000 and rs 80000 in oriental bank of commerce, exhibition road, bharatpur (Rajasthan). The interest on the former is rs 8881 and on later rs 7447 but the bank without giving any information of submitting pan card no has deducted rs 1724 on former and rs 690 on later. On inquiry they were not ready to respond cordially.

Sir, I, Vineet Kumar Chauhan, faced a lot of problems during transactions using OBC NETBANKING.
I made four transactions on different dates in every transaction amount had been deducted from my OBC ACCOUNT but could not get recharged.

I have a account in obc gorakhpur named b n singh and com I sent the neft to Icici bank h r Johnson India dated 27.08.2014. Now Icici bank not return the money not give to the ac holder after that through obc many mail sent for return the money but Icici bank accepted that we sent the money but not sent till today Please see the matter urgently

I am loaded 2500 amount in my digipurse account from my obc debit card The money was debited from my obc debit card but not received in digipurse account.OBC customer care told me that your money was refunded within 24 hours but till now 48 hors are gone but my money is not received. Obc bank savings ac no. [protected] Date of incident: May 30, 2015 I never opted for Prandhanmantri Jeevan Bima Yojna and never signed any paper. Never gave any permission for the same. But, still without my knowledge, bank deducted INR 12 from my account on May 30th 2015. 30/05/2015 PMSBY REF No./[protected] I want to raise a complain for the bank and branch. I also doubt that the bank has done the same thing to its other customers too. I want to take this to higher level so that bank apologies in public and such incident do not happen ever with anyone. Its not about 12 Rs. I want this news to come to public to let know what bank is doing.

Transaction reference PRCR/00004091/[protected]/[protected] Dated : 30/10/2015 Amount Rs.6180/- I had initiated transaction for above said reference no. Amount has been debited from my account but transaction failed at receiving party. So they credited back the amount to my account. But same amount is not reflected in my bank account.

24*7 customer care of OBC bank is not able to resolve customer issue related to money deduction. They are just sitting idle and giving saame detail which mini statment from any bank use to give. And suggest to visit OBC home branch for issue resoluution. Service of OBC bank sucks.When other bank are resolving issue on phone and online then why not OBC bank can do. Do it give money to customer care just to do timepass. Kindly look into that and provide some resolution
