This message is in regards to a transaction which has been cancelled by the merchant on 23.02.18 at 11.17pm and the transaction was made on 06th feb 2018 at 02.21am & as per the discussion from the merchant side, they said that my bank (Obc) has given them clear instruction that merchant needs to cancel both transaction after 17 days of transaction due to some verification problem with the bank side, which is very much unacceptable, moreover as per the merchant, it was found that they will not refund me the money also as per the bank instruction.
So, i just want to know what went wrong that oriental bank had to make this big step so that the customer is left no where as goibibo is also not helping me and i am not able to connect any one relevant in obc also who can address my issuue.
Now as per you instruction, goibibo did cancel my ticket, i am in middle of my journey and the flight which has been cancelled was for today night, now i cannot go anywhere and landed up in trouble just because of this idiotic step from obc.
Please solve this issue in few hours, otherwise i have to forcufully take this matter in consumer court.

Oriental Bank Of Commerce customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Punjab IFSC ORBC0101026. But your branch cashier dealing is very bad with me last monday i.e 07.05.2018. Please do the need full action against the persion.
