I paid my electricity bill on 9th march thru internet banking and the amount was deducted but till now not reflecting as paid. bank says it is paid by billdesk but electricity dept says it has not received it. where has the amount gone? request you to pls chk and do the reversal to my bank account.the transaction PGI reference no is LOBC[protected].amt is1666 paid on 9 th march at around 23:15 hrs.have been checking with the bank and electricity dept but both are blaming one another and the amount is reflecting in my new bill as arrears. pls try to find out and reverse back the amt or send me the proof if it has been paid to the electricity dept. thank you

When i m use a. T, m of p. N. B./alld./boi.& other near by ugresen park. Maxmimum have no cash & without slip. Sir 6000 th. Rs are debited from my ac, but no cash in my hand, i was shocked. What happen is this digital india.? From 5/5/18 i m doing complain by online /toll free number/ph. To bm/cm/agm etc. But still today after 13 days i m suffering from your system for our cash. But no cash a. T. M was pnb/ alld/ boi. They have no bank slip. May other r cashless. I m doing complain from 5 ap. By online /toll free. Ph.. Also fill up charge back form in bank.         I had taken out a bike loan at oriental bank of commerce a couple of years back. I have duly repaid all my loans and reached out to the bank for the closure of the loan account. I called the bank and asked if i could come on the particular date which they said ok. I asked this just because it was the year end closure date (31 march). But after travelling all the way down here for 60 kms they are asking me to come on some other weekday. And the language the manager used against me is purely rubbish. That's not how a banker and that to a manager who holds a respectable position and representing the bank can address a customer. I am seriously done with this bank and service. If you ask me to rate the bank i would say it can never have a rating at all. Dumb fellas.

          Hello sir

          I am rishabh kumar yadav from vanarasai. I have done one money transfer using my paytm payment account of rs 408 in my another bank account whic is oriental bank of commerce.in my paytm payment bank it is showing that the transaction is competed or successfull

          But the amount which i have send to my another bank account i. E in obc account is not recieved nothing to show.

          But amount of rs 408 is deducted from my paytm payment bank and not recieved by my obc bank account...

          Please help me sir

            It is inform to you that i wrote a letter to bharat petroleum limited. Regarding my lpg subsidy, which i am not receiving from last three months in my sb a/c no. [protected].

            I received a mail dt. 12.3.2018 reom bpcl regarding above mentioned subject. They informed me that my aadhaar is inactivate at npci and i should take up with bank for activating aadhaar no.[protected] at npci.

            Therefore i request you please activate my aadhaar no.[protected] at npci. So that i received my subsidy.

              On 08/03/2018 my account debited with rs. Inr 4952 without any reason or notification. I checked my balance and mini statement i found that the amount was debited from my account. I approached the branch they said this is from not our end this is made from head office and asked me to submit an application. I did the same but yet no response. This is very pathetic and this kind of service from such reputed bank is never expected.

                I had subbmitted my completed documents in bank for loan approval for taht ihad made advocate search report and complete valuation report by engineer by expence of rs. 10000/- and balance complete document. After 20 days bank had rejectedmy load. Its not issue the problem they are not returning my papers even after rejection they are not returning my papers after many request. Please help for the same

                  I was booking a ticket online from goibibo when i proceed towards payment i have done my payment but goibibo shows payment failure but money is deducted from my bank a/c now i am not able to recover that amount from bank.. Then i call customer care of goibibo they said to me that we didn't receive your amount bank has deducted your amount they will return your amount in 48hours but yet now i didn't get that amount.

                    This message is in regards to a transaction which has been cancelled by the merchant on 23.02.18 at 11.17pm and the transaction was made on 06th feb 2018 at 02.21am & as per the discussion from the merchant side, they said that my bank (Obc) has given them clear instruction that merchant needs to cancel both transaction after 17 days of transaction due to some verification problem with the bank side, which is very much unacceptable, moreover as per the merchant, it was found that they will not refund me the money also as per the bank instruction.

                    So, i just want to know what went wrong that oriental bank had to make this big step so that the customer is left no where as goibibo is also not helping me and i am not able to connect any one relevant in obc also who can address my issuue.

                    Now as per you instruction, goibibo did cancel my ticket, i am in middle of my journey and the flight which has been cancelled was for today night, now i cannot go anywhere and landed up in trouble just because of this idiotic step from obc.

                    Please solve this issue in few hours, otherwise i have to forcufully take this matter in consumer court.

                      I had requested blocking of debit card no:xxx3220 to branch manager of oriental bank of commerce jagiroad branch due to some online fraud and he informed me that my debit card was blocked on 22/02/2018 of sb a/ c no 1940xxxx4238 but i did not received any e-mail or message regarding status of my debit card. As on today 24/02/2018.
                      What happens to the bank server are they reluctant to provide customer service? And make india analog india from digital india.

                              I have purchase the petrol on bandwagon petrol pump etmadpur agra of 300 rs vendor sweep my card and enter the pin but no any response by machine. This process is repeat but there is no response then last he change the machine and transaction success but bank have charge 3 time in my account.                                     Have saving with oriental bank of commerce safderjung enclave branch since 2002. Given mandate for ecs to future capital in the year[protected] for rs 1709/- and ecs mandate over in november 2013 (Account is clear). It was great surprise to me when on 17/10/17 the my account show negative balance (- 1961.92.) when i update my passbook find entery ecs rejection charges of rs 46/per month) w. E. F 29/8/16 and rs 177/-w. E. F 10/7/17 till date. All over more then 2600/- rejection of ecs dr into my account.. I was asked to given written complaint by branch manager same was e-mail to h. O on 17/10/2017 and the. Reply is received by branch in december first weak. They mentioned that mandate of ecs is over in the year 2013 and there is no any other mandate with us. As the branch was not able to settled the issue they asked me to close this account and reopen account on same id. On 12/12/2017. My s/b account no.[protected] and reopen fresh account to avoid further ecs rejection charges and promise to workout if possible get you refund.

                                    Now the point is this:-

                                    1. Mandate given to future capital for rs 1709/ is over in the month of november 2013. I. E. Also clear by h. O through e-mail to branch.

                                    2. No further mandate given by me i. E also clear by h. O through mail to branch.

                                    3. When the mandate is over in the year 2013. Why the bank started deducted ecs. Rejection charges in the year[protected] after four yeas.
                                    .
                                    4. The company i, e, future capital to whom the mandate in given is close in
                                    The year 2014
                                    .
                                    5.in spite of sufficient balance in my account bank dr rs. 177/- per month but never transfer any ecs.

                                    6. Why the ecs was not transfer to vendor when there is balance.

                                    7. Who authorize vendor to re - submit expired ecs mandate of nov 2013 in
                                    The year 2016 after the gap of four years.

                                    8. This is bank responsibility to inform the customer for ecs rejection issue
                                    Through sms when they the charging for sms every month
                                    .
                                    9 is this fair or right decesion of bank to force customer to close the
                                    12 year old saving account and re open fresh account using same id to
                                    Avoid further debit.
                                    Therefore i humbly request the concern authority to take this matter with oriental bank of commerce safderjung enclave branch. New delhi to know the exact reason and refund the debit amount to the customer. Regards

                                      Most humbly & respectfully i state you that i mandeep kaur sister of ravneet singh, the account holder of your bank have applied for atm, before three years when the atm lease it was lost by the bank holder than after that he had applied again for the atm and even he write the application that he would not able to collect the atm to please give to my mother & sister and than that application got also lost because the iresposibility of the bank. So now i am here for collecting the atm but they are not even given me the atm. So it's already mentioned you to provide this to mother and sister of ravneet singh so i kindly request you to please hand over me that.

                                        I have saving bank in obc bank.
                                        About 1 month ago i received msg that they send a new card and i have to collect from bank. When i go to bank they dont gave me my card and told me that i have to came after 1 day. Wgen again i go to bank they again not gave mr card andmisbehave with me.
                                        So please help me regarding this
                                        If it is not possible than please close my account
