Hi,

Reliance people not give me my UGC code for my rim cdma no for mobile portability facility.
im using reliance cdma prepaid connection since last 5 year,and bcz of some reason i wanted to change my CDMA into GSM in reliance by using the mobile portability, but this people not give me UGC code which is required for changing network with old mobile network. i had made complaint for this 3 time (Reliance Complaint no.1. [protected] &[protected] in customer care but still im facing same problem. im not geting my UGC code.when i send a msg for geting UGC code than i got the msg that your request could not be processed please try after some time.

It is a unethical means adopted by Relaince CDMA i applied for portability on 25th with another service provider and from 27th my mobile no is disconnected and even my mobile instrument is blocked today is 6th day do you have any government office who takes care of the complaint please let me know on [protected]@hotmail.com

Reliance/CDMA — MNP (Mobile Number Portability)

Hi,

I am facing problem with Reliance from last 3 weeks. I want to change my Reliance number ([protected]) in to Vodafone with MNP service. For that we need to send a massage from our cell number (PORT [space] Mobile number to 1900) which I am unable to send, because when I am sending the above massage it is saying “Massage not sent”. Same problem I am facing from last 3 weeks.

Now, if talk about customer care, I have called to them multiple times but everytime they are just registering a complaint again and giving me complaint number. I am fed-up with this and want your suggetion. Please guide me for the futher action.

Reliance CDMA connection — MNP not done

i hav a reliance cdma connection whose number is [protected].I want to change this cdma to reliance gsm through MNP
for this i have submitted all the documents required for this about 15 days ago but there is no reply from there .i want that my problem should resolve as early as possible.

MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] AND I HAVE GIVEN THIS NUMBER FOR MNP FROM TATA CDMA TO RELIANCE CDMA AND NOW 20DAYS GONE THERE IS NO SOLUTION REGARING MY MNP AND MY IS IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST 20 DAYS.
I HAVE GONE EVERYWHERE FROM TATA GALARY TO RELIANCE GALARY BUT HAS GOT NO SOLUTION REGARDING IT .
BOTH THE COMPANY ARE BLAMING EACH OTHER.
NOW MY NUMBER IS SHOWING NOT EXIST.
AT LAST NO ONE IS HELPING ME I M GOING TO CONSUMER COURT FOR FURTHER HELP.

i have reliance cdma mobile with 5 years no:[protected]. i want to go to airtel with the help of mobile number portability last three months back i have register
The code no is :RT998912......
But still now i facing a problem................. they did not not leave me...........they told so many reason.........
plz i need solution................

my cell no is [protected] at 1st time i was given port no RM 332375 then i got a call saying that .30 paise call rate has been activated for 6 months SR[protected] then i got to know that i got night calls but they committed me day calls at .30 paise & night calling free then again i got port no RM 359894 & recived a call saying that they will get it done but it isnt done yet tata docomo is offering .30 ps local & std calls without charging anything & tata to tata free ; bpl is offering at 99 rs 399 local & 199 std calls + 299 sms per month & for 199 - 699 local & 399 std & unltd sms as recomended by my relative pls look in this matter bcos they also called me & told me that nothing can happen as u arent a retailer even after committing

relaince cdma duwara jab kharab serivec and galat committment hone laga to service mere duwara close services and letter ratlam office me deya or balance amount submitted kara deya.

parantu 2-4 din pahale mere pass ek phone aaya or puchne lage ke to mene jab inquiry kerna chahe to bolne lage ke hum aapka address confrm ker rahe hai mere pucha kyo to bolte hai hamara blue dot courier company hai or hum SBI Bank ke leye kaam kerte hai aapka address confirm kerna tha, eske leye enhone mere ek parichit ko bhi phone lagaya jiska no. kahan se mila puchne per kahate hai aapne couriere ke reference me dala huwa tha.

Pher uske baad mere pass agle din pher phone aaya ek madam ka jeska no. [protected] or pher mujhse vo kahane lage hum reliance cdma se baat ker rahe hai aapka balance due hai to mene bola ke aapke duwara kal bhi phone aaya tha aapke mishandling kare kyo..? es per vo bure taraha se baat kerne lage.

sahab reliance kharab service, galat committment or pure gunda gardi kerte huwe kaam ker rahe hai, anil ambani sahab aapko ager tha ke mere duwara bill nahi bhara gaya to 1 sal me aapke logo ke mujhse contact aaker kyo nahi keya.

or phone se aapne jo tarika nikala hai usse aapne logo ko lutne or reputed organisation ka naam jodker apne sakh jamane ke koshish ke hai mujhai bade dukh ke sath sbi and blue dot couriere and govt. of india ko ye information bhejna pad rahe hai, jiske jankare mujhai media ko bhi dena hoge jeese publice jane ke RELIANCE ab DHERUBHAI AMBANI ke nahi rahe jis per vishwas keya ja sake.
