Sir I recharged my VODAFONE account for the sum of RS 400/ from delhi from a OXIGEN recharge outlet. I was in hurry and that shop-keeper told me within 5 minute amount will be credited, so that i left.AND now this is 6th day after that no amount being credited to my account.I cheated by OXYGEN RECHARGE.The shop-keeper told amount debited from his account and he gave a costumer copy also with TX id :[protected].Can I get my amount back.

If your OxiCash top-up was failed, did you ever log a complaint, feedback or used the link on OxiCash website 'Failed Top-up'. You would not have experience this if you had followed any of the path above.

Yeah me 2 got same problem for my case its Rs.150/- may be higher for coming customer

I suspect Oxicash what it is doing with my money which i transfered to Oxycash account for top up, and they said they will credit them in 24hr into my wallet.. but it did not happend!!! I tryed to call customer care, no responce!!! i suspect if there exists any???

I strongly suggest everybody to be careful in money matters and think twice before transfering to some potentially froad peoples accounts..

I too loose 400, why we cant able to stop the site from functioning?

i loose more than 500 like this, all got errors while i am recharging, when i contacted them no reply from their side. dont use it, go to official sites and recharge urself. dont use oxicash. it sucks

Oxicash is a fraud... The same thing happened to me. just eaten up my money. If you try to contact their customer care it says ... "All customer case executive are busy please stay online ..." and you keep on for hours they wont respond. They dint respond to emails also sent to [protected]@oxicash.com. They dont respond to ticket submissions for query / complaints on their website also. I fear if they really have a customer care cell at all.

Beware, DONT Use oxicash...

Instead use rechargeitnow.com excellent and transparent service.

Many seriously thinking filing suits against oxicash.

TV RECHARGE NO DONE

I have recharged my BIG TV VC No[protected] on 02 Mar 15 for Rs 300/- through my SBI account (Ref 11672510IG00RECQR5 transfer to [protected] OZIGEN SERVICES (INDIA). Amount debited from my account but TV recharge not done yet.

I have the same problem using OxigenPIN number. Customer serivce says my call to them is important (perhaps they enjoy wasting my time) but they are of no use. They want Transaction ID to check which I never got from them when I sent SMS.

Let me on their face once again.

Kindly cancelled the order no "oxicash-billdesk*[protected]* dated 14.01.2014 some one froudly transaction from my account. amounted 2018.99

The same problem was faced by me when i had attempted to topup my Airtel mobile with 222/- through Oxicash. The PIN is received was invalid. This happened on 14th October. I had emailed them the next day about the problem, and i had received a call on 18th when i was told that this matter would be taken care of within a day. I was also given a complaint ID for future reference.
I did not receive any response thereafter. I had emailed thrice between 19th October and 28th October - on the last email i had mentioned that legal action might be taken. I received a call the very next day (29th) and spoke with a representative who wanted to know what the problem was all about. Upon giving him the same complaint ID, he said that this matter would be taken care of within 2 days!

The conversations were very unprofessional and in local language with complete absence of politeness! I had sent several emails, but none were responded (although read receipts of emails were received)

The account balance in oxicash.in shows the amount had been debited. I have no clue where this money is right now! Have i lost this 222/- ? I am really surprised and frustated with the services provided by Oxicash.

Hope this matter is solved as soon as possible!

In OxiCash, no money is lost ever. If you lodge a complaint thru their Feedback system, called customer care, or written an email to [protected]@myoxigen.com your isues would have been resolved within 24 hours. Please do that if not yet done and you will feel the difference.

Sir yesterday only i topped up my Oxicash wallet and after that i tried to top up my Crazy Kart ( online game, website " crazykart.in") account as there was option for oxicash as for the payment mode.
i followed all instructions to top up my Crazy Kart account but when i filled all my mobile no. n password and then clicked on " Pay/Create Now" on your online website, an internet server error came "HTTP 500".
Please see to this matter and solve this matter as soon as you can.

If you cant understand then follow these steps and u will understand the problem:
1) Log on to www.crazykart.in
2) Sign in using your zapak email id and password or create it.
3) Then click on Buy Cash Points.
4) A page will occur in which you have to choose of how much Rupees you want to Top Up your Crazy Kart Account. ( I selected Rs. 100) You select any option, its your choice. And then click on continue.
5) After that 1 page will occur in which you have to fill form. And then click continue.
6) Now the page will occur where you have to choose Payment Mode. ( I choose " oxicash " ) Plz choose Oxicash because in that payment mode there is a problem so that you can see. Then click CONFIRM.

same problem happens to me today...i have just created an account and try for 15 rupees 2 times..first time error message comes recharge failed and again second time same error but money has been deducted from my account...then i try after 2-3 hours and recharge with rs.10 and again the same problem..i have complaints 3 times already in 1 day then they say i have to wait 2 days...lets see..

same problem with me. i have recharged with 220 for bsnl. msg came cannot be processed due to server maintanance. but my balance is deducted. i didnt even get the conformation msg on my mobile. is there any customer care number?

mobiles recharge

dear sir my mobile recharge is not susscfull plz check recharge mobiles number [protected]

hi myself kavaldeep my transaction of 71.40 declined in oxygen wallet but money is deducated frm my account so pls call me on [protected].

This can happen even if you pay by your credit card or debit card or even by cash. What is the fault of payment mechanism here? OxiCash is just a payment option like credit or debit card or cash.

i recharge. relince 650 india calling card but deeler recharch 650 e recharge . i comp. the deeler give me your comp. no. and he asked 24 four hours my problem is solve my com. no.is 1917943 my mobail no.is [protected] i want my status.
