    Hi Everyone,

    I got Carried away and Signed Up for Oxicash E-Wallet by Oxigen Services India Pvt. Ltd.
    I though that having a cash card service is faster and better and of course technically more secure. But I have been mistaken by this harrowing experience. I signed up for Oxicash E-wallet to pay off my Electricity Bills at http://www.mahadiscom.in but to my utter surprise after successfully topping up the E-Wallet with INR 2110/- in multiple transactions, when I went ahead to the MAHADISCOM website for using the service, the transaction failed. I thought that this might be some glitch. I checked my balance on the e-wallet and found that the amount had not been deducted. I re-tried the process. Again I got the same Issue. Moments later I received an SMS on the registered mobile no used by the service that I cannot use this service on MAHADISCOM.

    I checked through all the FAQs and they said that the service won't refund money in any case to the bank/customer.

    So I went ahead in trying the E-Wallet on IRCTC website and had the same punch in the belly.

    Now I am struck with my money in this worthless service that OXIGEN is providing.


    Deeply hurt about being cheated, I am thinking of filing a formal consumer complaint at the consumer forum.

    Any advise on this is welcome. Thank a lot in advance.

    Oxigen Services India Pvt Ltd — Invalid Mobile Recharge

    I recharged with Oxigen Services India Pvt Ltd on 22nd May 2011 at 9:10 am. My transaction code is [protected]. I recharged my mobile no [protected] by Rs.50 but I didn't get the amount credited to my phone and it is debited from my account. Kindly check and refund my money as soon as possible.

                Yesterday night, i recharged my account by Oxicash portal; amount of Rs. 350 was deducted from my HDFC bank account however my TATA account was not recharged. Transaction details mentioned that operator [TATA] service is unavailable.
                When i checked further, I found that the ID i mentioned while recharging was invalid.
                Instead of [protected] I typed [protected] [which is invalid]

                In that case, Oxicash should have refunded my money as there is no such account in TATA sky
                I am attaching the screenshot of online recharge

                          I have got a recharge done for tata sky of rs 510/- at Mahajan Telecom, UE Phase - I Jalandhar. He is oximall dealer with dealer code: [protected]..tiill now the payment is not received at my Tata Sky Subsriber ID..[protected]

                          Dealer also logged a complaint at Oximall with complaint no: 647854.. but no response from O2.

                          called oximall helpline[protected]... there is no response, IVR keeps on saying call will...

                          I have recharged my vodafone(bihar) mobile no-[protected] with rs-111 by oxigen machine using counter on 12/07/12
                          there is no slip generated for customer copy or shopkeeper copy only one slip found for money deduction,after allegation on shopkeeper he talk to oxi customer care & executive confirmed recharge successful on that no.& When we said not getting the balance he provided us complaint no-[protected]
                          After confirmation from oxi cash customer care executive for refund & i re4quest to retailer for rechage the particular amt. he is denying for that & harassing us.he is arrogant in that case.his Ro code is[protected] & address is-shop-38 ,suncity arcade,suncity sec-54,gurgaon

                                I made a online transaction using http://www.oxicash.in/Recharge/MobileFlexiRecharge.aspx easy top-up on[protected] with my ICICI Credit card.

                                They charged Rs. 220 for BSNL mobile topup

                                But at the end after taking my money it said transaction failed due to "invalid amount"

                                If It is an invalid amount then why they want to take my valid amount???

                                Since then I am calling the customer care 91- 124 – 6773300
                                126699 (from Tata lines)
                                [protected] (from all operator’s lines)

                                but it is of no use.

                                I am loosing my money by making the calls to them.

                                They told it will be automatically remit back with in three days but still the problem is not solved.

                                I DON'T KNOW WT TO DO.

                                pls help and stop this fraud company to operate such services.

                                  This is to inform you that my user id[protected] is not working. I am not able to start web threw this id. One of your company's executive Mr deepak is not picking up the phone even..I am not getting any response from your company though my sale is quiet good. Would urge you to pls look into this matter as I am facing this issue from the last 3 months. If it would be the response its better we will stop working with you in future.
                                  kindly see this matter on an urgent basis because if this type of activity done by a reputed company then what about we expect from others.

                                    I did a prepaid mobile top up on [protected] of Rs111 at www.oxicash.in on 11-june-2012 through net banking. The amount was debited from my bank account and transferred to [protected] billdesk transaction a, but the recharge was not successful. Even after complaining to the customer care at oxicash.In the money has not been refunded.
