Dear Sir/Ma'am. This is to bring you in notice that on 14th Feb 2014 I tried to recharge my Prepaid Mobile Number ([protected] : Airtel) via iMobile of ICICI Bank : Merchant Name : Oxigen Service. The amount of 1000 INR in sum is debited from account but neither mobile is credited nor bank received fund back. I have spoken to ICICI Bank regarding the same & received the information that the amount is debited from my account...

i has tried for recharge of my anthor mobile no. [protected] for rs.110 on oxicash but recharge failed but amount has been deducted from my bank acount oxicash is not refunding my amount nor giving any response please help me and take action against thease type of fake online service copanies...

I have recharged my T24 mobile number from it's official website using Oxicash portal on 28th November 2013 b/w 2PM-2:15PM for Rs. 30. i have recharge the from shiv telecom complex18-b block behind amrit mishthan, sri ganganagar of rs 500.00 on [protected] but the firm recharge it on no. [protected] from oigen services pvt. ltd's terminal.
after recharge on wrong no. i have made a complain having no.[protected] .company is saying that they have resole the complaint and money is refund in shiv telecom's account but shiv telecom is refuse the reversal amount...
