    I have facing every time problem from oxizen for tb updation

    i transfer fund in oxizen sbi account bu i can't receved before 1 day tb updation from oxizen

    and i call to oxizen customer care they are non response to us he tell only 1 think mail to [protected]@myoxizen.com bu not answer from this mail id he have no number for call

    i send us massage for call back i received call back bu oxizen representetive answer is problem in sbi last three months problem with oxizen and sbi

    any operator like, belair, ritco haven't problem from sbi

This is to bring you in notice that on 14th Feb 2014 I tried to recharge my Prepaid Mobile Number ([protected] : Airtel) via iMobile of ICICI Bank : Merchant Name : Oxigen Service. The amount of 1000 INR in sum is debited from account but neither mobile is credited nor bank received fund back. I have spoken to ICICI Bank regarding the same & received the information that the amount is debited from my account & is with the merchant "Oxigen Services India Pvt. Ltd." 1st Transaction Date: 14-Feb-2014 TIME: 13:44:31 ID: 114645 Amount: 500 INR 2nd Transaction Date: 14-Feb-2014 TIME: 13:44:10 ID: 296658 Amount: 500INR I am trying to reach Oxigen Team via Mail & Calls. But there is no reply from them. Also, there is not customer care number mentioned in there web page www.myoxigen.com Which I think is not going through all the legal points of Indian Law. There is simply one option to pen down the complaints. I done that and just received ID: 107639 Since, I used iMobile of ICICI Bank. And the bank is simply saying that it is with merchant.               I have recharged my T24 mobile number from it's official website using Oxicash portal on 28th November 2013 b/w 2PM-2:15PM for Rs. 30. Amount has been deducted from Bank A/c but recharge has not come to my mobile number. if i call T24 customer care they are telling we are not responsible for that, you have to do recharge using Paytm. T24 people were keep on sending me messages every day when i haven't recharged my number as"you can recharge ur number online using www.oxicash.com www.paytm.com www.rechargeitnow.com" & also " Hi! You can recharge your T24 mobile at tata DOCOMO retailer, / big bazar, food bazar, central, brand factory, fbb, home town, ezone stores near to you". when i called T24 customer care they said if the amount is not recharged you will be getting refund within 72 hours from 28th november 2013 2PM. but till today no progress. T24 is giving very bad customer service & it's looting customer in all the possible ways. i request TRAI to take necessary actions against these people.

                  I have recharged for nokia music unlimited through www.oxicash.in on august 5th 2013. I was suppose to get a code for music download to my mentioned mobile no [protected] or to my email [protected]@gmail.com. I wonder if it's any worth recharging from that site anymore.

                  I sent a feedback provided in their website but I got a delivery failure message saying that the email address I sent to is not found...... If any concerned person find this post, please try to fix it.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am having SB a/c no.[protected] with ICICI bank at Naranpura Branch for last one & half Year . up to confirmation of opening of the A/c There is no communication even I have not been sent Monthly Bank statement from them. i am Continiuslly trying to communicate with Customer Care service, personally at branch & communicate with JMC House. but there is not response from them even i have already spoke to Branch Manager Mr. Khokhani regarding this matter still he is not answering in well manner. he has rejected my Change of addres request & Call me to pay Charges for Bank Statement.

                        On 08.07.13 around 00:00:41AM special recharged my T24 Mobile No:[protected] with an amount of Rs.500 through HDFC VISA Credit card.The details received after transaction as under:-

                        Self had contacted with T24 Customer care by dialling 52121.But every time theyare telling that they will resolve the matter soon.After several request they are not providing any complaint reference number and think they are not maintaining any transparency in this regard.Yesterday they confirmed that on 09.07.13 immediately after 00:00 AM on 10.07.13 the issue will get resolved.But practically the same not happened.Today morning again asked to T24 Customer Care,they then intimated this will take another 7 Days to resolve.

                        Please understand how a customer harassment is going on.

                        Self had communicated through mail also with Oxigen Services India Pvt Ltd on 08.07.13 under recharge related Quaries ID:89595 and provided a complaint reference No #[protected].But they have not given any confirmation regarding the time span to resolve the issue.
                        Ultimately as a customer I am suffering a lot.

                        Under this circumstances I had nothing but to intimate to respected authority.

                        Your kind intervention will highly be appreciated to resolve the issue with w.e.f.

                            OXIGEN CUSTOMER CARE TOLD ME THA T YOU TO RECHARGE THE KIT WITH RS. 1229. THEN I RECHARGE IT WITH 1229. THEN CALLED DISH TV CUSTOMER CARE TO ACTIVATE THE KIT. DISH TV REPRESENTATIVE SAID YOU HAVE TO RECHARGE IT WITH 1259 THEN I CALL OXIGEN CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID OUR REPRESENTATIVE HAVE MISGUIDE YOU SO PLZ FILE A COMPLAINT FOR REFUND OF THIS AMOUNT. THE TRANSACTION NUMBER OF RECHARGE IS[protected] AND I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH COMPLAINT NUMBER 820791, COMPLAINT DATE IS[protected] TIME 15.36.39

                            Now Oxigen says that they will not do any thing in it when the recharge was successful me if customer care misguide me in why should I bare the loss. I want my Amount back to my account.

                              28/02/2016 through My SBI net banking I'v recharge of Rs. 149.00 has done through sbi net banking but still now no add any balance in my mobile no.and the the said amount Rs. 149/- has been deducted in my main account.                                 Dear Sir/Madam, I am Alok kumar SRO Bihar Rohtas SRO code (31359), i want to cancel my SRO code (31359) with Oxigen Services India Pvt. Ltd. i am mot happy with the service. I have done my all procedure on month of October(15/11/2012) but i received code in the month of November(09/11/2012) after that i received the only 5 oxi Shaan Terminal with Paper Roll on date(24/11/2012) i did not receive banner account opening form, leaflet & advertising kite. How i can do the business without any thing. I follow with service help desk but they did not give any service, i am not happy with Oxigen Services India Pvt. Ltd. kindly cancel my all my SOR & RO code and return back my remaining amount as soon as possible. More the 13 times i have send the mail to oxisen company but company they are not going to closed the SRO code even they not at reply also they cheated with me

                                    oxigen service india pvt ltd — double debit from account

                                    A transection has been done for bsnl recharge on 06/01/2012 through oxigen recharge site for mob. [protected].The payment had been done at the same time.The company had debited twice on 11/01/2011 for the same transection.I have made so many phone caalls with the compay. But there is on proper answer from them.I having the report copy
                                    of trasection statement.
