I have recharged my T24 mobile number from it's official website using Oxicash portal on 28th November 2013 b/w 2PM-2:15PM for Rs. 30. Amount has been deducted from Bank A/c but recharge has not come to my mobile number. if i call T24 customer care they are telling we are not responsible for that, you have to do recharge using Paytm. T24 people were keep on sending me messages every day when i haven't recharged my number as"you can recharge ur number online using www.oxicash.com www.paytm.com www.rechargeitnow.com" & also " Hi! You can recharge your T24 mobile at tata DOCOMO retailer, / big bazar, food bazar, central, brand factory, fbb, home town, ezone stores near to you". when i called T24 customer care they said if the amount is not recharged you will be getting refund within 72 hours from 28th november 2013 2PM. but till today no progress.
T24 is giving very bad customer service & it's looting customer in all the possible ways. i request TRAI to take necessary actions against these people.
