        i am sonu sharma. i am of sbbj mobile banking custmer. i faced server regarding problem during mobile topup in sbbj mobile banking. problem are is

        date of 6/5/12 i recharged my mobile with help of sms (mobile banking). i recharged my mobile number [protected] for only one time. but recharge two times in same day of same time. both this recharge related to internet data pack. so please cancel this recharge. give me my 25 INR rupee. in this case i faced server regarding problem during mobile topup. due to server problem mobile topup was two times in same day or same time. so please refund my 25 INR rupee.

            Hi,

            I tried to recharge my mobile number using online icici transaction twice for Rs.333.
            Both the times, the money got deducted and it took me to an error page, but my mobile number was not recharged.
            However in the 3rd transaction , the recahrge was successful.
            But the money for deducted for the first 2 transactions also where the transaction was not successful.
            Below is the transaction details.

            Kindly rectify this problem at the earliest.

              I was making a bill payment for the first time on oxicash using my debit card. But, as soon as the process was completed,my bank account showed a deduction of rs.700(the bill amount) but my airtel mobile bill for number : [protected] was not paid. Please check the matter and take necessary action.

                I have recharged the tatasky recharge for Rs. 200 through the Oxicash on 1st April 2012, but the amount was taken from the account and the recharge was unsuccessful.
                I have received the receipt as below:

                Response : We are experiencing network delays. We can let you know in one hour if the transaction was put through successfully. Apologise for the inconvenience.

                Also I have done a transaction of the same amount (Rs. 200) just before the above one. But i haven't received the receipt for that, but the amount was taken from my sbi account.

                I need to get back my unsuccessful transaction amount.
                Please help.

                  Be Alert Do Not Use OXICASH online services -like Mobile Recharges, DTH Recharges etc because this is a fraud company . They will deduct your money from your BANK account but No Recharge will be done . No customer care , No Feedback , All is Bogus.
                  I have lost Rs 550 by this cheat company OXICASH . No recharge has been done but my account has been deducted. After that I have contacted them through feedback form BUT NO RESPONSE at all. OXICASH is SIMPLY CHEAT PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

                              Dear all right from beginning till end date no support was given to me as i have all the mail id and vocie call as a proff the comittment was done while giving the agency till date no support was given to me tm never visit my area that you have any problem or not as i cant efford till date my loss is 38000/- now i am very much upset not any company official mail me or call me after i email every time just go through the email date is this a way that company done to rmu just ask sales team mr vishal and sachin sharma what comittment was given to me in the mail or in the phone i have all the proof compnay will listen to them only company dont listen the problem for rmu that what they are facing after disturbing to much when i said that i dont carry this agency any more instead of giving any solution they mail me as per company rules give us three month so that we can find new rmu just tell me all after you find new rmu is the solution been done is this a way company deal where are company term condition gone while giving me the agency the agency was given to me in august even till date i dont know how to put order for a new paitpad,paw,pam account after complaint in customer care my account was created 3 days back from the current date you can even check sir just tell if all the comittment done to me why should i leave this agency i also want to work with this agency as i know the company have potential but in loss how can i maintain just clear the issue if you all want to see the proof of comittment that was done to me i will also show that
