I am a oxigen retailer. my merchant ID is 13019029.I was working from 2010. but there problem come at few days because company's distributor did not rechaged my account at the time so i could not perform my job of recharge well.             Sir I have top Up oxi cash e wallet on 4th August 2011. at twice by Rs 330/- at first time my bank account display transaction sucessful but oxi cash display transaction failed i have try another chanse.at second chance my bank account further debited and oxi cash credited. but oxi cash has not refund my money for failed transaction. i have also try to fill claim form of oxi cash but it is a joke . I also mail to oxi cash kindly refund money or rechage e wallet but no response from their side. .

                                      I, Deepak, have found the need to submit a consumer complaint against the online 'e-wallet' service of Oxicash. I tried to use their online service of recharging my RuneScape account for membership (online MMORPG game, www.runescape.com) but it doesn't work. The website of Oxicash states that the website was updated and could affect some transactions. When I contacted the service center, I was told that it would be fixed by the Wednesday of the week but still it hasn't been fixed.
                                      This problem has been noted since 25 Dec, 2010 till now.

                                      Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                      I am one of the victims of this fraud. Only once I could reach the Customer Care who said it would be rectified soon and thereafter, the line is always busy. This is a genuine case of fraud and action has to be taken. This news also has to be propagated so that others are aware.

                                        I, Deepak, have found the need to submit a consumer complaint against the online 'e-wallet' service of Oxicash. Recently I bought 3 of RS 100 vouchers of oxicash to top up my account on their website, but even after entering the voucher pin, my account was not topped up. When I tried again, it said the vouchers were used already.
                                        This problem has been observed since 25th December till now.

                                        My complaint is that my account was not topped up even after using the voucher pins worth Rs 300.

                                        Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
