    SiR I Ms. Shakuntala Patnaik have taken a policy from your Kalyan Branch, Dist Thane in the year 2007. The Policy details are mentioned below: Registration no.& Dt of Commencement - U[protected] / 18.11.2007 Payment Plan no. & Term - I2 / 6Yrs Expiry Date - 18.11.2013 Realisable Value - INR 77, 000/- The policy matured in November 2013. The agent approached me and collected all the duly signed discharge form and Original Policy Bond with an assurance that I will receive the payment within 4-5 Weeks. Weeks turned to months, still no response from neither the office nor the agent. When I contacted the office about a month back they said they will settle the claim within a weeks time. Still no reply from your office. Kindly settle my account at the earliest with interest for delay period. I need the Maturity amount asap.

U[protected] on 28/06/2008 of 5 and half year and matured on 28/12/2013 and whole documents deposited on 21/12/13 to ajmer pacl office [.] now evenafter pass ulmost of 08 months neither maturity amt recd nor any info recd so far [.] contacted to no.[protected] delhi pacl office and no.[protected] ajmer pacl office but they r not resoned properly [.] take needful action for early payment of maturity [.] thanks

          Dear sir, I met and have asked to your staff many times at Coimbatore office regarding my maturity payment. They didn't answer properly. At the time of given my document, your staff says to me. Payment will become clear 120 days from maturity date. Even though after 240 days from the date of maturity. I have not yet received my money. There is no intimation received by me from your end for my policy money since my last visit to your office. Even after my several visit to your office requesting for the status of my maturity payment are in vain. So I am very mentally tough. This for your information. Now I have received some complaint from pacl customer about your company. Still now many your customer are chasing for maturity payment.             On 22/05/2014 I have applied for full and final withdrawal at PACL LIMITED ALLAHABAD, QRC No.-CZ[protected] RELATED TO BUY BACK LATTER, Receipt SL No.46914.
            At that time I have asked with company representatives, when will I get back money in my account, they told to me it will take at least one month. After one month again they told to me, it will take one month more. Today (29/08/2014) I have asked them with one letter to give me a fix/exist date of money transfer in my account. Then he told to me Sorry Sir I can't give you exist date and I can't receive your letter, I will not give you any receiving copy of letter from company. Again I asked them please tell me, How much time it will take. They told to me I can't say that to be asked. ( company regd office: 22, 3rd floor Amber tower Sansar Chand Road Jaipur-302004 )

              I am satyendra kumari and my policy registration number u[protected] and plan number 053/5y6m. My policy completed on 11/12/2013 and required documents for withdrawal already deposited in dec 2013. But till date i don't received my maturity amount. Several time contact in rewari branch office, but they have not getting satisificatory answer. Please do needful, so that i received my payment.

The branch members are telling that it not possible to do premature closure. U[protected] dated 18.09.2012 and we have paid Rs 18000/- starting from 18.09.2012 and last installment no.18 paid on dtd.06.02.2014.We have discontinued the same due to the issues with the PACL as PACL is under investigation by SEBI. Kindly refund the amount with the applicable interest amount to my account.

                        I tried a lot to contact the PACL head office at no. 01143650000 and it is always no reply, similarlily i contacted at Ludhiana office at no 01613224210 & 9316825631 (taken from net) and both nos are switched off. Hence not able to understand to whome should i contact.

                          With a request I want to bring in your kind notice that the above policy of PACL is matured in April, 2014 but the company is failed to make payment yet. More over Mr Sandeep Kumar s/o Sh Manbhar Singh of VPO BEWAL, Dist Mohindergarh Haryana ( [protected], [protected] ) is also not cooperating regarding this matter. He is also not attending the calls.

                          What should I do now. Kindly help me to rectify the case.

                            Sir,
                            I Smt K Kalpana have taken a policy from your Pondicherry Branch in the year 2008. The policy got matured on 21/12/2013. The agent approached me and collected from me the duly signed discharge form and original policy bond with an assurance that I will receive the payment within one week. Weeks turned to months, still no response from neither the office nor the agent. When I contacted the office about a month back they said they will settle the claim within a weeks time. Still no reply from your office. Kindly settle me the claim at the earliest with penal interest for delayed settlement. I'am in dire need of financial assistance. Hence settle my claim at the earliest.

The completion of the policy was on 31/03/2014 and i must be getting my money as per policy but the agent (Mr. Girish Chand) hasn't paid me, although he has invested my money in a new policy without informing me.
