Respected sir, I am Abhilasha Belure from Pune I invested 60000 Rs in PACL BAnk but company is closed . so how to refund my money, from company. Please guide me, Not only me but there are lots of poor people like me who invested in PACL bank .PLease help me to get my money back. The banks all branches are closed no body is responsing there. so Please help us

The BM of your branch which is estableshed in Faridbad (Haryana) they tell me from 22/01/2014 to till date that your fund is transfer one or two days which was not transfer yet .       My name is Binu. R.Pillai. I have joined your reputed company with Rs:10000 on 28.04.2007. But maturity date comes to an end was 28.4.2014. Unfortunately I have not received estimated REALIZABLE VALUE Rs.22807(twenty two thousand eight hundred and seven) till now. I was tried lot of time. But result was very badly. Local office number is not working. Agent is not giving proper response. Actually I am getting big headache in this matter. So please take necessary action in this matter with immediate effect.         Dear Sir, My PACL policy Registration No. U[protected], & date of commencement 02/06/10, S.N, CB39B 7163652. Amount of instalment Rs. 5460 for 5 year terms. I have made 3 years installment but now due to my personal issues I want to surrender the policy. I contacted to my Agent many times but did not get and positive response from him. my agent code is [protected]. I want to surrender my policy as soon as possible .         maturity not given from march 2014

        Dear sir/madam, My policy expires on 5 feb 2014 and maturity payment is not given by compnay till now. so its my heartly request please do the needful.

                      Respected sir, I have taken policy (REG.no U[protected], U[protected] with PACL, vanarappettai(tirunelveli) branch in the name of kamruthin. The policy have been matured. Pacl vanarappettai branch is closed always, so please check that matter also and do the needful which is going to be my future.I am waiting to retrieve the maturity amount immediately.                                     SiR I Ms. Shakuntala Patnaik have taken a policy from your Kalyan Branch, Dist Thane in the year 2007. The Policy details are mentioned below: Registration no.& Dt of Commencement - U[protected] / 18.11.2007 Payment Plan no. & Term - I2 / 6Yrs Expiry Date - 18.11.2013 Realisable Value - INR 77, 000/- The policy matured in November 2013. The agent approached me and collected all the duly signed discharge form and Original Policy Bond with an assurance that I will receive the payment within 4-5 Weeks. Weeks turned to months, still no response from neither the office nor the agent. When I contacted the office about a month back they said they will settle the claim within a weeks time. Still no reply from your office. Kindly settle my account at the earliest with interest for delay period. I need the Maturity amount asap.

U[protected] on 28/06/2008 of 5 and half year and matured on 28/12/2013 and whole documents deposited on 21/12/13 to ajmer pacl office [.] now evenafter pass ulmost of 08 months neither maturity amt recd nor any info recd so far [.] contacted to no.[protected] delhi pacl office and no.[protected] ajmer pacl office but they r not resoned properly [.] take needful action for early payment of maturity [.] thanks
