Dear sir, I met and have asked to your staff many times at Coimbatore office regarding my maturity payment. They didn't answer properly. At the time of given my document, your staff says to me. Payment will become clear 120 days from maturity date. Even though after 180 days from the date of maturity. I have not yet received my money. There is no intimation received by me from your end for my policy money since my last visit to your office. Even after my several visit to your office requesting for the status of my maturity payment are in vain. So I am very mentally tough. This for your information. Now I have received some complaint from pacl customer about your company. Still now many your customer are chasing for maturity payment. amount. my repeated enquiries with the manager reveal that some cheating is taking place. he is giving unbelievable assurances and not keeping his word.
