i am a worker of your company in fatehabad branch (038).i am physically chalanged person and i had given more bussniss to our company.but our Staff is not co-operating me.So, now i can't do this because your office employee beheaviour is no good against the associate and there public dealing is too bad.they don't know how they will handle a customer.your employee Name( Mrs. Monika, Mrs. Annu Sardana, Mr. Amer singh).

Please Take a wright action Otherwise Company will Loss a Good team and due to this reasion i will knock the door of the Court Against Miss beheaviour.

Dear sir, I met and have asked to your staff many times at Coimbatore office regarding my maturity payment. They didn't answer properly. At the time of given my document, your staff says to me. Payment will become clear 120 days from maturity date. Even though after 180 days from the date of maturity. I have not yet received my money. There is no intimation received by me from your end for my policy money since my last visit to your office. Even after my several visit to your office requesting for the status of my maturity payment are in vain. So I am very mentally tough. This for your information. Now I have received some complaint from pacl customer about your company. Still now many your customer are chasing for maturity payment. Please refer my letter DT 07/06/2014 sent by registered post for which no reply has been received by me By S.ELAVARASU

I had submitted all the original documents in October 2013 . so far I have not received the due
amount. my repeated enquiries with the manager reveal that some cheating is taking place. he is giving unbelievable assurances and not keeping his word. I have deposited the amount from my hard earned savings kindly resolve this issue and help me to get the due amount. I am afraid the company is already under Supreme Court scanner and CBI investigation.

I would like to inform you that my both policy no U[protected] and U[protected] in the name of Birendra Kumar Mahto and Rama Shankar Mahto which was matured on 26/12/2013 and 31/12/2014. After the span of almost 4 month I surprised that I have not received any amount till date. Why our money have been not given by the company After maturity. How much time taken by company.

Dear sir, My plan No.U[protected] it was taken 5y 6month before. Its was maturity on January-2014 but the amount was not paid till date. A branch CSM and front office staff said it will come after 6 month of maturity date. Its not expecting us. I have some personal emergency expenses . So please arrange me with in a week....

I had taken Policy No. U[protected] Exp. Date 7.8.2013 against which i was to be allotted a plot. I got delayed by a day. The allotment of the plot was cancelled and in return i was promised my money back guarantee. It's been 7 Month no response es being given to the above matter. Branch manager csc hisar officer refused to pay maturity payment of above said policy in time by saying that payment will be payed after 3-6 month due to company financial problem. This is illigal, unlawfull wrong % against the law. I am in need of money. Seem like such offiicer not responsoble l & proffessional whatever you committed at the time of policy. Pay in time & oblige me.
