Am a pacl customer, i want to submit my refund claim online, now i try to submit my claim online but am unable to write the bank name in step two, if i try to write that the column is already locked, it's not enabled. So am unable to write. Also can not move the next step. Please advise what i can do?

Ifsc code section asking "please enter 8 characters of ifsc code" like this its asking but actually the ifsc code is of 11 digits and my account is in sbi bank. My ifsc code os sbibank is "sbin0040665" and after entering this ifsc code the bank name is not displaying, will you please reply fast.

Can you look into this issue. Because of this many ppl are not able to submit claim form.

I don't even understand why www.sebipaclrefund.co.in launch a website which most of the filling lines are not accessible, we took lots of efforts to collect these data's after collecting for a long day's website is not working, once the registration completed there are lots of errors coming on filling and the website seems like a dial-up connection not going to next option, we all want to notice these issue to Lodha Committee and Sebi Pacl Website team to clear the issues as soon as possible, it was really a mistake has happen to invest money on such a company with out thinking twice .

My policy is complated to dated 13 Sep 2014. I was donate the certificate and receipt to agent of pacl india limited. This agent submitted certificate to company.
Due to this reason i was losted my certificate heare was problem to submitte certificate with the scan. my policy regist no. is U[protected]. my agency code is [protected]. my agency unit code is [protected]. there was my request to company to give my orignal or zerox certificates to easy that feeling form.

The website to claim the refund of pacl is not functioning properly. The website is very slow like dialup connections. This looks like they don't want customers to log their application its a cheating and looting. If this is observing by the hon justice please look this matter and take necessary action immediately. I am sitting in front of the computer for last 3 days to fill the application even i couldn't complete one. Always error and site down

PACl website not working. They just created website without checking faults & Testing..
Worst website I think so far...
Customer service contact number always busy. No one care to find solution. PACl website developers are too lazy to improve the website.
it looks like they give us lunch plates to serve food but they are not in mood to serve us food.
Some of the faults I identified
1. IFSC code in bank details (enter 8 characters of IFSC CODE) What's that mean do PACl website developers think IFSC code contains 8 characters...
2. After entering IFSC code it would automatically fetch bank name... It's not working here
3. Documents upload section is not working
... Service unavailable or error 404.
Since 26 days we are facing the issues.w
please look into this matter...

The company agent come to me and said it is a pacl india real estate company and the maturity amount is fixed. I purchased a policy. After seven year the amount will be more than double. I was assured that the return is sure. But at the maturity time when i approached the agent he was also unable to return my maturity amount when i asked him about the company office so that i may approach to the company, he didn't acknowledge me about he company office. I am afraid that i have been cheated. Bank name option jsnt activated and we can't enter or click on it. Hence cant move forward. Bank is SBI. The ifsc code doesnt ave a drop down box as mentionedin the tutorial and the code is more than 8 digits. Please help urgently.
Please treat this as highly urgent as we cant proceed without clicking the bank name. I do see others with the same issue and hence it needs immediate attention
