Sir/mam i want to inform that pacl website is not working and is very slow it always goes with server error and never logs me in i have tried for week but their was no response so i checked website my own and i am having proof declaring that website is fake which is only making fool of people i spent all my savings in pacl its been 9 years and their is no refund of my amount and i want my refund of amount with interest that company promised to pay please help me in this problem and help indian people please give them solution because the company is making fake website just make to fool people.

I registered my pacl no. And when i am trying to login it is showing register the pacl number. What's this.. Trying to contact the help care number and customer care no. Both numbers are unreachable. If you guys are trying to help us, please try to help us in better way. Its very frustrating. Try to keep good servers. Help me out. How to resolve this issue. And i am damn sure that you guys won't reply to my complaint. But still expecting...

I'm posting this complaint of behalf of my friends. Now according to honorable supreme court the pacl had made a website to refund the money they looted from the people. But as per my views the website they made is clearly just for cheating the people as well as the court. If they want to really refund the amount they will make a fast and reliable web service. This one they made it purposefully for cheating only. We can't contact in their customer care number too. To the honorable supreme court, please re-evaluate the functioning of the refund process and please make a decision to help the people to get their money back.

Sir i am a customer of pacl india pvt. Ltd. For which sebi in association with pacl has started the refund process.
We are trying to enter the site but the site is not responding, the site is too much slow..

As we are waiting for a very long time for the refund to start please help us with this problem..

Sometimes the document are not being uploaded and sometime the error like contact system admin and error loading the page occurs

I have done all the required steps to ensure that site work properly from my side by removing the cookies and the history of the browser.. But the site is still not working..

Please help us with this..

I have already submitted all the respective document to my pacl agent. Now i dont have any certificate or its xerox. I just have policy registration number. Can you help me in this case.

I want to apply for the refund of pacl money and i have been trying the same from past 3 days but the refund portal or the link is not opening the webpage says that the server is busy try after few minutes but the page is not opening and d last date to fill is 28th of feb 2019 so please rectify the error or send me the link of refund link of the pacl it would be great if this complaint is considered and act upon as soon as possible.

I am ganesan, when trying to register, i have used proper pacl registration number and my new mobile number. Now the system is telling that pacl number not found... Please help me to register. I don't have my old mobile number because i have shifted to new area and using new mobile number
I having original bond, pan card, cancelled cheque, photo.

Dear sir/madam,
I am a customer of pacl ltd. And it is heard from sebi on 08 feb'19 in a public notice that lodha committee in align with sebi has now decided to receive claim applications through www.sebipaclrefund.co.in from pacl customers.

As the deadline is given as 30th april to claim our refund we are unable to enter the details as the website is very slow.

Each time when we make the entry it is giving the error either as contact system or error 404.

We have completed 3 steps successfully again once we login we have to wait until we come to the page where we need to enter the details again it starts from the beginning. This is how it is taking too much of our time.

As we are waiting for this claim from very long kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I wand the details about the money that i paid. Please let me know the details about the amount and when will we get the amount. My registration number is

I am renu soni from sehore (Madhya pradesh). I have coming through this issue while applying for the pacl refund. When i am trying to register my policy it shows that policy does not exist as per our record though i have all my documents true and authentic. I m requesting whom to it concern to solve this problem as soon as possible because the final date of the submission is nearby.

I didn't get pacl certificate since i was told that it will be get soon but till now i didn't get it. Please help me out because i also have to claim the money from pacl. I have all the responded documents related to the pacl and i can sure proof it. Please contact me for further information.

I have a pacl certificate with my registration no.- u (Confidential). With the name - dhairya kabra. When i try to register my no. For registration for refund, the site says that this number does not exist in our records.
I have my first reciept no. As - f2702907 dated - 10/05/2010.

I HAVE invested in PACL since 21/01/2011 amount 450 Rs. per quarterly. my registeration no. U[protected] and sr no 1624645. when I tried for refund registration onsebipaclrefund.co.in website. the page shows( THIS ACCOUNT NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST IN OUR RECORDS) and website didnot send any OTP on my mobile number. However the mentioned website does not operate well in the past few days and it is too slow, hence unable to complete the claim application.

Could you please take necessary action to make the website back to performing conditions. It is made the announce that claim receival is open only till 31st april and the days are counting. So it's a sincere request make the website operate.

I am unable to register my pacl refund online in sebi. When i enter the registration number then it shows that "this pacl number doesn't exist as per our records". While i have deposited four installments each rs 12500/- total amount is rs 12500*2*4=1, 00, 000 in these respective pacl numbers. Please hel[p me. I will be thankful to you.

I anil kumar started investment in pacl since 21/01/2011. Myaccount no. Is u[protected] and bond sr no. Is 1624645. I have invested amount 450 rs. Per quarter approximately four years continuously. Now i am trying to registration for refund on sebipaclrefund.co.in registration having a problem. When i clicked for sending otp the website says this account no does not exist in our records. Sir my in laws are resident of tindharia t. E., p. O. Tindharia, district darjeeling and retired tea garden labour's. After their retirement they invested all their money in pacl india on 18/04/2006 and maturity date is 18/04/2016. Their branch office is in golden plaza, burdwan road, siliguri. But tilldate they have not refunded our money. They earned that money by their hard work and that is their earnings of whole life. So please help me to get money back. Total money invested in name of mr kalay is (20000+15000+15000) and in name of mrs sakuntala tamang is (10000+10000). Kindly take necessary steps to solve this matter. Thanking you

Sir, my friend is there who had paid an amount for pacl company as small investment, so that he could get retuns with profit, but the company had given a sit as www.sebipaclrefund.co.in as it does not work, many people r ther who wants the return but i think the r just getting harrased. Pls do the needful for the site which they had given for claiming the refund, as the site is slow and does not respond an gets service unavailable. So pls fix it as soon as posible. From last 15 day the site is not responding
