Hi, i am not able to select the option apart from self option inthe list box. Since the policy holder passed away and i am the nominee of the investment. I am not able to reach out to any of the customer care numbers. Kindly advise how to submit the refund request.

In the docuemnt it mentioned validity mentioned 30 march 2019. I dont have payment receipts. Is it possible to submit the refund request. Really very tough in claiming...

I have many queries on claim process offered by m/s lodha committee in reference to refunds to be given by pacl. But we are not provided with any way to communicate with either pacl or sebi or lodha committee except one helpline no mentioned on www.sebipaclrefund.co.in [protected]. But this no doesn't connect any time, although this no ringed two times but no body responded. My concerns are as below mentioned:
