Hi, i am not able to select the option apart from self option inthe list box. Since the policy holder passed away and i am the nominee of the investment. I am not able to reach out to any of the customer care numbers. Kindly advise how to submit the refund request.

In the docuemnt it mentioned validity mentioned 30 march 2019. I dont have payment receipts. Is it possible to submit the refund request. Really very tough in claiming the amount

When i am trying to fill my registration no u[protected] for registration in sebipaclrefund.co.in than it gives a message that the registration number does not exist as per our record. So please provide me my correct registration no at my email [protected]@gmail.com. My certificate receipt no is r5642961 because the last date for applying is 28.03.2014

I have successfully register my pacl number on refund portal. Then i login into the website. It shows enter your personal details. I have entered my details and click save&next option. When i click that option it shows the error oops.. Something went wrong. So, i am unable to complete my process. So, please give a solution to complete my refund process.

I have many queries on claim process offered by m/s lodha committee in reference to refunds to be given by pacl. But we are not provided with any way to communicate with either pacl or sebi or lodha committee except one helpline no mentioned on www.sebipaclrefund.co.in [protected]. But this no doesn't connect any time, although this no ringed two times but no body responded. My concerns are as below mentioned:
1. Please resolve above mentioned issue at first.
2. While claiming online for refund in step-1 claim amount is asked and that amount according to demonstration video should be total principal amount investors have invested. Does it mean that investors will get only principal amount in return. And if interest is returned will it be calculated by lodha committee itself.
3. Few days or months before pacl was taken over by sebi, original documents (Policy certificate, installment receipts) were submitted of few investors as their policy got mature exactly at that time, so they don't have their documents with them now. What is the procedure to get refund for such investors.
4. Many investors have lost few or more receipts. How will they get whole money they have invested.

My pacl registration number is lost and i have only plot reg. No. U[protected] dated 28/06/2008, i am in a poverty situation and i am claiming to get back the paid money. My name is wrongly given in the receipts. My correct name is shadharban. I am attaching my photo with this registration form. Please take necessary steps to get me the paid money back.

Sir i bandisula babu. I have two doubts in regards to uploading my pacl certificate. 1. I fixed deposited rs. 50000.00 in year 2012. What is meant by claim amount in step-1. 2. I taken rd for rs 150000.00 but i deposited rs 25000.00 in first installment only. Then in this case what is meant by claim amount in step-1. Please kindly clarify me. Thanking you sir.

My name is A. Anthoniammal, and my nominee name is Balric Ivan. I'm from Chennai, Thiruvallur District.
I have insured in PACL Rs. 10, 000 in june 2004 and It has been finished on December 2014 with Rs 39, 500. I have been submitted orginal document of mine at Ayanavaram office. Then they have issued only Acknowledgement slip for me, I have no document number in that slip. And now, how can I fill the online form without document number. Als also i don't know my document number. Please do the needful thing to get my money. I have attached my acknowledgement slip with this complaint letter

I writing this mail regarding of my mother.
Wed did scheme of 5 yrs 6 months. A total of 62, 500 rs. We started paying 1000 rs monthly. And we paid 26 months. After that we stopped paying.

While form filling, i have doubts for the following questions.
1) total claim amount??
(I. E the amount i paid 26000 or 625000...??)

2) whether land alloted by pacl?
(How can we know, what scheme is ours??)

3) is it compulsory to upload receipts? If yes, should i need to upload all 26 receipts??

Please reply as soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam,

I am a customer of pacl ltd. And it is heard from sebi on 08 feb'19 in a public notice that lodha committee in align with sebi has now decided to receive claim applications through www.sebipaclrefund.co.in from pacl customers.

However the mentioned website does not operate well in the past few days and it is too slow, hence unable to complete the claim application.

Could you please take necessary action to make the website back to performing conditions. It is made the announce that claim receival is open only till 31st april and the days are counting. So it's a sincere request make the website operate.
