I have already submitted all the respective document to my pacl agent. Now i dont have any certificate or its xerox. I just have policy registration number. Can you help me in this case.

When I try to generate the OTP after filling the details it says the PACL number do not exist as per their record. Please help me with the next steps.

All the desired information is being filled on the registration page but unable to upload the documents like photograph/ pan card /chq/ receipts on website...
It seems there is some issue on website... Pls request you to look into the same and make the website working properly as there would be some many people filling the form for the refund...

If the process to apply for the refund is online then you guys would have taken trail run before you launched it to the general public...

Take immediate action as the deadline is 30th apr 2019

Hi,

I dont have a PACL certificate bond, i submitted that to PACL agent and he gave me one acknowledgement and that has only PACL registration number and I do not have the receipts. is it fine to upload only that acknowledgement letter while submitting the claim application.

I have only 2 payment receipts but i had made 5 payments, how could i get my payment back without sending the remaining 3 receipts, Ist and last receipt i have, can u please help in this regard.

My mother dont have PAN card, is it compulsory to produce PAN for encashment, please let me know regarding this.

My registration on sebipaclrefund.co.in is already done by someone. Now i am try to login but it requires password, but i have no password. When i click on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because i don't know who did registration.
I want to know how i reset my mobile number so that i can get otp and can change my password. Please solve my issue? What i have to do?

I did not know who are registered me in PACL but now I want to login in PACL but threfore required register mob no and i did not know my register mob no I want to change my mob no in PACL so that we can login and filled up refund application form

I have already submitted all the respective document to my pacl agent. Now i dont have any certificate or its xerox. I just have policy registration number. Can you help me in this case.

I have invested money in two accounts in PACL Limited. But they didn’t refunded after the maturity period. And we couldn’t able to contact them and there is no response or Message.

Sir/mam i want to inform that pacl website is not working and is very slow it always goes with server error and never logs me in i have tried for week but their was no response so i checked website my own and i am having proof declaring that website is fake which is only making fool of people i spent all my savings in pacl its been 9 years and their is no refund of my amount and i want my refund of amount with interest that company promised to pay please help me in this problem and help indian people please give them solution because the company is making fake website just make to fool people.

Updated by Hardeep281 When i Try to fill first receipt amount it is giving me error again and again i have tried different devices and cleared cache but no solution the site is just a garbage it won't work till 30 april 2019 it will close before the date because they have created a useless website Please Resolve my Issue i have provided the photo also of the error

I registered my pacl no. And when i am trying to login it is showing register the pacl number. What's this.. Trying to contact the help care number and customer care no. Both numbers are unreachable. If you guys are trying to help us, please try to help us in better way. Its very frustrating. Try to keep good servers. Help me out. How to resolve this issue. And i am damn sure that you guys won't reply to my complaint. But still expecting...

I'm posting this complaint of behalf of my friends. Now according to honorable supreme court the pacl had made a website to refund the money they looted from the people. But as per my views the website they made is clearly just for cheating the people as well as the court. If they want to really refund the amount they will make a fast and reliable web service. This one they made it purposefully for cheating only. We can't contact in their customer care number too. To the honorable supreme court, please re-evaluate the functioning of the refund process and please make a decision to help the people to get their money back.

Sir i am a customer of pacl india pvt. Ltd. For which sebi in association with pacl has started the refund process.
We are trying to enter the site but the site is not responding, the site is too much slow..

As we are waiting for a very long time for the refund to start please help us with this problem..

Sometimes the document are not being uploaded and sometime the error like contact system admin and error loading the page occurs

I have done all the required steps to ensure that site work properly from my side by removing the cookies and the history of the browser.. But the site is still not working..

Please help us with this..

Sir, For the past 15 days we are trying to do the regn and uploading of documents. But still the problem not fixed. Please can you look on it and do us the needful. We are running a ESeva kendra at Kerala state, we have too much peoples of PACL Cert holders to register and upload documents.
