कि में एक पीसीएल का निवेशक हूं और जैसे ही मैंने सुना की पीसीएल रिफंड के लिए आवेदन ऑनलाइन हो रहे हैं।
इसलिये मैंने अपना आवेदन ई -मित्र से करवाया था उस टाइम उस इ मित्र ने हमसे प्लॉट ऐलॉटमेंट के बारे में नही पूछा था | ई- मित्र वाले की गलती से प्लॉट ऐलॉटमेंट मे यश हो गया है
जबकि हमे किसी प्रकार की कोई भी प्लॉट एलॉट नही हुआ था पीएसीएल की तरफ से यह सब ई-मित्र वाले की गलती से हुआ है आप से विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस गलती को सुधारने का एक मौका हमे जरूर दे, मैने पीसीएल के ऑफिस में भी कांटेक्ट करना चाहा परंतु कांटेक्ट नहीं हो पाया कारणवश! और सेबी में कस्टर केयर में भी कांटेक्ट किया लेकिन वहा से भी कोई उत्तर नही मिला| मेरा 15000 रूपये की एफडी थी जिसकी समय सीमा 14/07/2010 से 14/10/2015 थी इसके' बाद भी अभी तक कोई भी सन्देश हमे कंपनी की तरफ से प्राप्त नही हुआ है इस मामले मे बहुत परेशान हूँ
श्रीमान जी से आशा ही नहीं पूर्ण विश्वास है कि आप हमारी समस्या का समाधान करेंगे और हमारे मेहनत की कमाई हमारे बैंक अकाउंट में भेजेंगे।

Sir 10000 ki fd h per abhi tk massge nahi aaya policy no U[protected] h iska smadhan kijiye. Aur ek policy no U[protected] H iske account kisi karan band ho gya h aap isme edit ka option kijiye ye policy 11210 rs ki h plz

I invested 5000rupee in 2009 pacl India LTD I don't get even 1 rupee so don't invested such fraud insurance company like pacl

निवेदन ये है कि मै PACL INDIA की एक गरीब निवेशक हूं मैने 3 अप्रैल 2012 को PACL INDIA की एक पॉलिसी ली थी जिसका सर्टिफिकेट नम्बर -U[protected] है,
मैनें दिनाँक 3 अप्रैल 2012 से लेकर 21 अगस्त 2014 तक ₹360/- रुपए की 30 किस्तें, जो कुल राशी ₹10800/- रुपए बनती है, PACL INDIA को जमा कराई थी ! आप PACL का RECORD चेक कर सकते हैं, अप्रैल 2022 में SEBI दारा SMS आने पर तिथि 22/07/2022 को मूल प्रमाणपत्र स्पीड पोस्ट दारा SEBI को भेजे गए, दिनांक 17 /08/2022 को SEBI दारा मेरे बैंक खाते में *कुल 359/-* रुपए भेजे गए ! मैं एक गरीब परिवार से हूं, मैने पाइ पाइ करके PACL INDIA को जमा करबाए थे किरपा करके मुझे मेरे पुरे पैसे देकर मुझे इंसाफ दिलाया जाये, आपकी बहुत- बहुत मेहरबानी होगी!

With reference to the subject cited above, Sir I am an Agent of PACL India Limited and I am Struggling very hard because of the refund of my policies. Every day Policies Holder Comes at my Home and threatens me to filed a complaint against me as a fraud in police station. They also abused me and my family members they snatch my bike and phone several times. They also said that if their deposit amount is not refunded by company I have to pay the whole amount of policies. I am a middle class person and i don't have money for paying to them.

SIR PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY
AND REFUND MY POLICIES DEPOSIT AMOUNT.

मेरा पल्स का सर्टीविकेट न U[protected] है जो की 9600 रू जमा करा चूका था जिनमे से 6600 . की रसीद मेरे पास है जो की मेने online form भरते समय अपलोड कराई थी सर्वर डाउन की वजय से एक रसीद उपलोड दिखा रही है जिसके कारण मेरे खाते में 600 रू ही ट्रान्सफर हुए है आपसे निवेदन है की मेरे पुरे रुपए वापिस कर बाये !

Myself Deepesh.K.U from Thrissur, Kerala PACL certificate #U[protected] and given online application to get claim the amount. Today I just checked the claim status showing that " you have declared Yes for Land allotted field in the claim application". But i didn't understand what they took action for the same. So please refund my claimed amount urgently.
