Recover my money from pearl india. I open my pearl accounts in 2010 and with a pearl agent. Then they tell me your money is safe. But after 2-3 year later the agent not apply any answer. I submitted the certificate on 2015 at mandya, karnataka branch, but i didn't received claimed amt till today. Now i filled refund application online, but in page 4 it requires certificate or receipt no. Date, but i don't had any xerox, but i had branch acknowledge receipt. How can i upload this. Pls reply. Thank you. Importantly there is no branches or office of pacl in mandya or mysore to enquire about this....

I have already submitted my pacl certificate in nagercoil branch, kanyakumari district. But i haven't received my amount. Today i have noticed that sebi have announced about the refund. When i open the particular website to claim my amount it is asking to upload my pacl certificate. But i have already submitted that. I don't have any xerox copy too.. Please help me to resolve this problem.

Hi this is prashant i have applied for life insurance which covers 10000 per annum but after one year when i went to make the payment but at that they told company had been closed u can't get refund and u can't cover up assurance pacl it cheat and looting customer money. This is serious concern blaming customer money.

I have purchased a policy from pacl india limited issued on 4th feb 2012 with the serial number ep65b 3433404 in the name of rajinder singh sehgal paid my regular payment till 30th may 2014 on quaterly basis for rs 2705 till i got communication to stop payment from my agent as the case was handed over to suprement court /sebi. Would request you to please look in to the case. Maturity period is already over for this...
