I am Mrs Waheeda Banu, I have deposited rupees 13500 rupees. But from last few months I couldn't deposit because here the branch is closed.
We were depositing 550rupees on 5th day of every month. And all of a sudden here office branch is closed. For two years we had been deposited money but now I couldn't. And the lady who was the mediator is refusing to pay our money back by telling that she can't help anymore. Kindly go through the matter and help me and provide my amount back.

We have opted for pacl policy and paid emi every month also the pacl has received documents for full and final settlement in 2015. Their office is closed here in gulbarga. Our money is struck with them even after policy matured every alternate day we are checking their office it is closed as usuall i'm registering this complaint against fraud and cheat on pacl and appealing govt to get us the justice with final settlement.

Updated by sharan_rc My policy number U[protected] PACL has acknowledged documents received for full and final settlement in the year 2015. Till today the settlement is not received. Their office in Gulbarga - Karnataka is closed. We have tried best to contact them, we also contacted employees of PACL they also unaware of happenings . One day in the year of 2016 the office was opened the employees in the office assured us the money receipt at the end of the year saying that the case hearing is in end of the year . Till today we are unaware of status I request consumer court for justice against this fraud. and help us to get reimbursed the Money
