Dear concern,

My grand mother was paying monthly installments for plan of palc india limited. The company or its agent promised to return guaranteed amount of money in return. While today we are not even in contact of company or agent. We have no idea where the agent is or company.

Kindly escalate this issue, so that this account can be closed and we get the money which belongs to us only....

I am Preetha Shetty KV from Mangalore, Karnataka.
My PACL bond was matured on 2014 October, After maturity i was submitted my bond to my agent on Oct 2014.
But SEBI informed to PACL investor (2016) to not give any documents to agent. In this situation can i get my money back? What can i do for my farther action?

The company seems fraud and cheated its investors. They gave the bond and promised to refund rs 1, 14000/ on maturity. The bond is with us. We contacted the local police. But they didnot even register our complaint. Now we heard that hon justice lodha committee is going to finalise the issue....

I open account in pacl sum assumed is around 1lakh 34 Thousand. I used to pay my premium on time now my policy complete.Still I didn't got my money back.
This is really a serious matter for me.I earn to hard to pay my policy premium.
