Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have took a registration of a flat of 400 sq. yd. (approx value Rs. 74, 134/-) in year 2006 and paid Rs. 20, 000/- as one time registration fees. My registration no. U[protected] dated 30-Dec-2006 (Reg. Certificate attached).

Now, my registration is matured on 30-Dec-2016. And I have contacted to your corporate office in Delhi to claim the maturity amount. But office is closed.

Please help me and tell me the way to claim my maturity amount. I have very much needed this money.

We have opted for pacl policy and paid emi every month also the pacl has received documents for full and final settlement in 2015. Their office is closed here in gulbarga. Our money is struck with them even after policy matured every alternate day we are checking their office it is closed as usuall i'm registering this complaint against fraud and cheat on pacl and appealing govt to get us the justice with final settlement.

I am the agent of PACL company, in which i told hundreds of people to get insurance an all people have taken pacl policy, but now when most of the policies are going to over with time, pacl is not refunding any money, i want to know what is the procedure to get the money back as everybody (the person who took insurance under me) is demanding for money back as everybody know PACL is fraud, kindly help me asap

S. No. 2129684 insurance policy is expired before 2 years but still we have not recieved our premium amount .. please do need full.

From last few years we are continuously filling premium for this and here one of your agent has been taken out bank account details and he is telling that insurance amount will be credited in our account but we are taking continuously following up for this but yet we are not able to get our premium amount.

We are saving a amount in pearls limited ..we are deposit money around 4 years but now company is closed amount not received..we r struggling to receive money we r invest around 1 lakhs..try to resolve my problem our family members also struggling to receive the amount.. please taking care for this message ..

Dear concern,

My grand mother was paying monthly installments for plan of palc india limited. The company or its agent promised to return guaranteed amount of money in return. While today we are not even in contact of company or agent. We have no idea where the agent is or company.

Kindly escalate this issue, so that this account can be closed and we get the money which belongs to us only.

I would like to inform you that, I have resigned my job on Dated:-24/04/2015 but still my Full and Final amount Rs. 37000/- not received till date. many times remind to Mr. Raj Kumar (Manager Accounts) / Mr. Ambuj Gupta (D.G.M Taxation) Mr. Ritesh (Sr. Manager H.R) also D.P Kousik (D.G.M HR) he always told me our new Director stops the full and final payments, so we will wait for further Instruction of our new Director. However, he did not assure me when he pays my full and final Amount. It is already Two years over.

So kindly anybody help me in this regards to take what type of action taken against PACL Limited. to recover Rs. 37000/- with interest.

As iam naimatulla karvanne s/o mr abdul salam, earlier residing at tippu nager harihar, davanagere dist karnataka, while doing petty business at mapusa goa subscribed for pacl. But unfortunately i lost original bonds of investment, done with pacl. And i have invested some amount. Also i have got indemnity bond for loss of subscription vouchers through notary. Now my question is, whether iam entitled to get my amount back or not, without the original bond

I am Preetha Shetty KV from Mangalore, Karnataka.
My PACL bond was matured on 2014 October, After maturity i was submitted my bond to my agent on Oct 2014.
But SEBI informed to PACL investor (2016) to not give any documents to agent. In this situation can i get my money back? What can i do for my farther action?
I have scanned copy of the bond.

I have invested rs 50000/during 2/2/2011reg no u[protected] dt 02/02/2011. Vide rt no. F5432050. Agency code[protected]. Agency unit code[protected] kollam. The company seems fraud and cheated its investors. They gave the bond and promised to refund rs 1, 14000/ on maturity. The bond is with us. We contacted the local police. But they didnot even register our complaint. Now we heard that hon justice lodha committee is going to finalise the issue.
