Pacl India — I couldn't revive my expected value

My self ms. Ezhilarasi of koyambedu, chennau district. My policy is for six years. I have invested rs.13, 200 per year for 5 1/2 years (Total amount is rs.1, 15, 600). My policy got matured in april the year 2017. From that year onwards i was waiting for my amount. But i got no positive reply. But now none of the branches are available in my place and state. Even i have approached many times through phone and my efforts came to useless. It's my humble request that you make sure that i get back what i have invested.

Estimated, realizable value is Rs.90920/- The pacl office is Surya tower, Madurai. Kindly help me to get the amount refunded

With regards to the above mentioned subject, my brother is a agent of your company and he has some around 40 customers but now he don't have the total amount paid by individual list can you please suggest how can we know individual's total amount bcz peoples are demanding more than the actual paid amount so request you to plz replay
