Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

    We have applied for new PAN card application through online which was charged amount of Rs 499 and it is very high.

    Requested to cancel and refund amount within next 30 minutes through mail, Till now we have received only automated response mail

    Also we tried to call +[protected] and +[protected] but unable to reach customer care person.

    Kindly help on this for refund of amount.

    How many times I have to call u for my pan card?
    So many times I have called on your helpline number but never connected.
    Why you people are not telling me when will I get my PAN card... I[censored] put it on hold.. then why u put it on hold . I have submitted my all documents.. twice
    Please shut this type of company.
    I applied for Pan Card and in the begining process was smooth . I tracked my Pancard from token number and it showed documents incomplete upload scanned photo and there is no option on their portal to upload a scanned photo

      I have received a Order ID = KI-[protected]N. But it still in the verification process for a long time.Tracking my pan gives me nothing about the pan card.So kindly request you to fasten the verification process and to update the current status of My pan .

        I had applied for pan card but after thathat i noticed that charges withdrawn from the account is 499 which is about 350 more than the charges fixed by the government so i request you to refund my money back. Waiting for your reply

        I want to cancel the registration of pan card as u have charged 499 rs.but on nsdl it is only 110 rs, and there is no need to send any id proof by post, it takes so much time to get my pan card and it's very costly too so refund my amount as soon as pissible

          I have applied for my wife's pan card today but panind.com has charged rs 499 which is about 300 more than that charged fix by indian government. I want my refund of extra money charged

              I have applied for lost of existing pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in others at rs.150. I have paid around rs.349/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund.

                I applied for my new pan card through panind.com on 15 july 2019. I paid 499 inr for the application. Then i came to know that the fair charge for the new pan card application is just 107 inr. Panind charged me extra. They looted me. I mailed them thousand times to cancel my application and for the refund. But they sent me a auto reply saying that we will contact you in 3-4 days. Still they didn't contact me.
                This is so frustrating. I want my refund. This is a fraud.

                      I mailed so many times, they are not responding.
                      & i tried calls, not connecting.
                      1 month back unfortunatly call connected they said with in 10 days you will receive pan card, but 1 month completed still i have not received.

                        I have applied online to PAN India Serives Delhi for new pan for my son Mayank Bansal on dated 27.6.19. PAN Application no. MA-[protected]N. Till date PAN is not allotted and on checking online statusof PAN the site is showing that document are under verification process. I have tried so many times telepathically at Mobile No. [protected], [protected] and [protected] for checking and confirming status of pan. but either the number is not existing or number is busy. I request the concerned authority to issue the PAN immediately as I require it urgently

                          Dear team,

                          I sent my request for correction of dob on my pan card is[protected] by submitting online request and sent hard copy of required document after one week i was received acknowledgement form panind side for receiving the documents, after that within 5 days i also received mail for resend the document's soft copy because my aadhar card dob is incorrect, then i sent my document 5 times and still they are not process my pancard request, normally we have to pay only inr-110/- for pan card but here i paid more then four time of money that is inr - 499/- for good and fast service, but they are unable to do it, now i request for cancellation and refund process but they didn't reply me, its already having one month,

                            I have applied for correction in pan of my mother as on 23 june 2019. Since then i have not received nay update of my pan cars correction. Every time i track my pan card status there is only one answer under process documents under verification. Nobody pick the calls on customer care number. Panind already charged excess money for correction which is rs. 499 but still job is not done. If pan ind is not able to do the correction then please refund my money back at the earliest.                               I applied online pan card through panind and its been so long i am not getting my pan number and when i am trying to connect them none of their numbers are working. If i mail them then they are sending an auto reply i. E. Our customer executive will connect you within 3-4 working days. And no one connects. Please help me in getting my pan soon and i have paid rs-600/- which is generally higher from any other medium or website which gives service for pan cards.

But, as i dont have some of the documents which need to be sent as part of process, i want to cancel the order. Please refund the money as soon as possible.                                         Return my money, you are making people fool.customer care also not pick the call. its been 2 month now, there is no reply to email and no response on calls.
                                        my application id NI-[protected]N. i am sending email on daily basis but no response.
                                        Why fees is so high ₹499, as compare to other websites, as I got to know about this after searching in Google
