I had applied for pan card via panind.com under Order ID: PA-[protected]N. but it hasn't been processed yet. I've been trying to contact them via phone but no one is picking it up and being disconnected all the time. I have paid ₹500 for this via debit card. if they can't fulfil the request then they should refund the money.

    I have not received my pan card. I made online payment of Rs. 499/-. It is shown your card is despatched to Vijayawada UTIITSL centre when I tracked. when I called Vijayavada UTIITSL centre Vijayawada, they told that Panind is a fake website.
    PAN card charges only Rs.107/-
    Panind people sent an online form to fill and to Delhi through speed post.
    I spent extra Rs.310/- for speed post.

    They often communicate through the below email id after sending any query. But now there is no any response from them. the phone numbers are just hold the people online but can connect to the panind people.

      I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

      I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

      No action has been taken on my complaint. The company is not even responding to the complaint of my refund.
      I have sent across multiple emails but no one seems to be available for any reply.
      They have not given their customer care number as well so that its hard to reach out to them.

      This is too frustrating. I need my refund

      Kindly action asap. Attaching the required proof and ticket reference

        As per google pan card amendment fees is showing only
        The fee for Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Corrections in PAN Data is 96.00 ( 85.00 application charge + 12.36% Service Tax).

        But, I charged 499 rupees. could you please tell me why too much charges ? is that possible you can revert back my fees or what is next step I can take my cash back and take appropriate action.

          Since Last one and half months I am trying to get the PAN CARD Correction
          Still i didn't get the same the even your customer care team told me last week in 2 3 days i will get E PAN CARD copy which i Still not received
          please expedite

            Already raised complained about my pan card status application received but coupon number not generated yet and no one is picking up my call and application is verified and under process is the remark from them since one month...

            If there is a problem let me know for what is it stuck i will submit them they have charged 500 Rs. I want my money to be refunded.

            Kindly take action the fraudsters like these to issue my pancard or refund m amount if so just for a name change it is taking so much long time...

            This was happened by mistake because when I applying I was not aware that my pancard is in progress .so it's kindly request to you sir please cancel this form .

                  The worst online services i have ever seen in my life
                  i have applied for pan card details correction in month of april,
                  on 30th april my hard copy was received at panind delhi office, receipt copy i have emailed immediately to the team for their further line of action,
                  team claim that they received documents on 8th of may 2019, i trust them and ask them to process my application at earliest.
                  As per them they process my application on 13th may 2019 and i got coupon code on second day immediately but from 14th may 2019 till date the status showing the same ... Application received and under verification.
                  After so many followups and emails, i never get the satisfactory answer every time they revert 2 3 days time you will received but i never received any documents or any reply from the panind team which is really the worst part of the customer satisfaction level

                  today when i call the utiitsl team for the clarification about the application they replied me that they did not received the required documents for my application

                  in this there is no matter of the money i spend on you, but the issues facing bcz of the pancard not available with me is much serious than anything else

                  hope you will take care of my complaint and refund my money
                  i dont want to get the pancard from you i will manage my own
                  and wanted to appeal to the customers who are applied through the online services

                  I have paid Rs 500 to panind.com for a new PAN card.I have provide all the documents which they ask me.more than 1 month are over still they even not process the PAN card application.
                  I applied PAN card to my daughter 3 months before by paying Rs.499/- through online, but till date i have not received the PAN card. I dont know how can i get the status of my application

                    Applied for duplicate pan card through PANIND on 09.05.2019 paid an amount of 500rs for it to PANIND and sent through speed post which on tracking is delivered to the concerned address.
                    But the pancard has not been received till date.
                    Kindly look into this matter and assist to get either the duplicate pancard or my money back.
                    Even their customer care number is not helpful.

                          I have applied for two PAN cards through PANIND for my daughters on 29.05.19. Now its 12th June. PAN cards have not been received. All customer care numbers given on website are invalid. We mailed but got the reply, " it will be replied within 4 working days". We are in urgent need of PAN card as we have applied for study loan for my daughter. She has to go abroad for study. In absence of PAN card, we r not getting study loan. Moreover, its very essential for getting visa. its urgent please. They have charged Rs.500/- each for applying for PAN card, while official charges are just Rs.110/- for one PAN card. Its so exorbitant and harassment to the public.

                            I had applied for a PAN card via PANIND site and paid a fees of INR 500 for the same. However, the actual charges for the same on IT department site is INR 107. I sent an email regarding this on the same day. However, I have not heard back from them yet.

                            I want to cancel my application and demand full refund as the charges are unethically high.

                                I have applied for my pan card on May 2019. I have sent them speed post of scanned documents and they confirmed that the documents are recieved. Then they asked for scanned copy of photographs which are sent to them and they also confirmed that the copies are recieved. But I haven't yet recieved the pan card. I have mailed them numerous times but no reply. I have applied to abroad educational loan and need the pan card really urgent. Please help.

                                  I applied for pan card application at 30th may 19. Even I send all the details of address proof and date of birth proof along with the application form .Even the speed post is delivered to the mentioned address . At 7th June 19 No reply from them kindly inform me for the further reference . Bcz through the nm given at the website is also not connecting ... Kindly inform me whether you are giving me the pan card or not even paying rs 499...

                                      I applied PAN card by april 12th but still I didnt get any coupen number or any thing else, Still they telling that with in 2days will get coupen number, but still i didnt get any responce from PANIND side, what the hell they doing . Kindly please let them give responce to us.

                                      once conform that they will process or not, other wise we will apply through another agency. Kindly please let take this as a complain and take action.

                                        I have applied for PAN card correction online on http://panind.com they ask some more document ( Aadhar and Matriculation Certificate). I have sent my all documents by mail but they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me 500 INR but now they did not reply for my emails and not pick up my calls. I have not complaint for money but I have complaint for their poor services. Please do needful action against them.

                                        My Passport application will void in another 30 days as my correct PAN details required.
